As in physical, or mental?

Physical is when I cracked my head back in like, 3rd grade. All 4 legs of the chair on the floor, kids.

Mental is probably idk, getting backstabbed by a friend?

Well, I just broke my tooth in 1/2 last weekend and plus busted my lip open. From getting up and checking the mail and getting lightheaded after getting up off the couch from looking at my phone and passed out and fell and hit the hardwood floor and woke up a few seconds later in deep pain and my sight regained back a few seconds later and saw already a lot of blood on the floor. I think that's the most pain I've ever had tbh. I just had a root canal done Tuesday. Can't wait to get my tooth back next week.

For physical pain, it would have to be either younger me being sick with kidney issues which spread to my back also, throat issues which caused a lot of pain, or a couple of months ago when I had terrible chest/breathing pain. Glad all of those are over...

Mental- anxiety. I had it so bad this February where I didn't have any idea what was going on. I didn't eat or leave my room, basically. Getting nervous all the time didn't help at all. Again, glad that's over! I still have anxiety of course but not even close to how bad it was before.

In the 7th grade, a desk fell on my major right toe. Broke it, had to walk with it swollen, erected, and unsplinted for 2 weeks. If I were to ever move it or it decided to spasm, the tears started rolling. It was a terrible shooting pain that rendered me nearly immobile.

Runner-up: I was running in gym in the 8th grade and I banged my knee into this protruding metal thing sticking out of the wall. I was on the floor for a couple minutes just writhing in pain.

physical: I had to get my foot zapped with nitrogen because I had a bad case of warts on it. The worst part about it was that I had to be zapped once every two weeks for almost a year before they finally went away.

mental: anxiety, hands down. I have awful anxiety and panic problems.

Depends if you mean physical or mental/emotional.

Physical: Probably my ankles. It's been years since the initial injuries and they still hurt pretty bad at times.

Mental/Emotional: First year of college.

Runner up: Everytime I have an asthma attack, lastest one: 2 weeks ago

Mental: My grandpa or mothers dad (I called him bampy) dying
Runner up: Probably the 2 whole years where I had no irl friends and I was bullied like crazy.

I have anxiety and depression really badly. I lost weight because of it. Like a lot. Over 50 lbs or so because of it. I was overweight anyway and I still am, but still.

Pain is very hard to determine. There are different levels an nuances of pain to me. And maybe this message will explain my own opinions about it. So here we go.

Well… I was to answer that the most pain I’ve experienced was me hitting my toes to sharp edge breaking my toe. It did hurt like hell and it gave me the pain to destroy the world. I felt like I was going blind on pain and in pure annihilating rage but after a brief moment that pain rage went away and it did not hurt that much anymore. So I could say that that was the worst pain I’ve experienced in a way that affects my own personal emotional wrathful aftermath to the circumstances

Then there is internal pain which has manifested itself in me after long period on constipation. It hurts but creates an immobile version of pain that numbs everything. It is annoying and motivates one to fix one’s own diet and training regime.

Mental pain is hell. And mental pain is the pain that I have been dealing 24/7 since the time I have been able to remember things. It is horrible but bearable if one just takes the step tp get better.

Eventually it is hard to decide what is the most pain one has experienced. I think that everybody when diagnosed with chronic and highly painful disease will understand the nature of pain eventually. But the life is pain, pain-free or just existence without one or the other. Pain is or just is not. If it is there then deal with it.

But to me personally most painful experience was a mildly fractured ankle when I was just a little kid.

I might give you more opinions... for a small fee of course.

These are the worst I can remember:

-Breaking both of my wrists in 2013
-Getting bullied in the 2013-2014 school year, which wasn't only physical, but also effected me emotionally.
-Losing one of my grandmas last November and the other one between 2013 and 2014. I don't have any grandparents anymore. smilie
-This phase I had last year where I was in a deep depression and I would barely eat, I would cry a lot, isolate myself, and get extremely sensitive and emotional at times. It also had me thinking suicidal thoughts. It had to do with the bullying. Luckily, it didn't last too long.

one morning, i felt like my stomach was in pain, so i went to the hospital and they cut out my appendix. and the surgery before that was my right arm. the first time i broke my arm when i was 5 is that iwas balancing on the edge of the bed, and i lost my balance, and that's when i broke my arm, and the second time i broke the same arm is that i was trying to catch a balloon that was stuck on the ceiling, and i fell off the office chair, and that's how i broke the same arm again.

and enough of my surgeries, my biggest pain is that i was on a bike, and i turned hard on the gravel, and i fell off the bike when it sled on the gravel, and that's when i got the big scar on my left arm.

I was playing a sport and ended up colliding face first with another person while distracted by the guy with the ball. He was fine, but I ended up on the ground with a broken nose. It hurt a whole lot.

Surprisingly neither of the times I broke my arm were very painful. The 2nd time didn't feel like much at all for the first 10 minutes or so, despite it, you know, being broken in half.

There's a few I can think of.
When I was bit and attacked by this crazy ass pitbull one day when I was riding my bike.
When I jammed my tailbone after being a dumb little kid and riding down a ditch with a wagon to make it flip. (ugh what was I thinking? -.-)
Losing my v--...Okay I won't go any farther than that, but I can still remember it hurting like hell.
Emotionally? My grandpa, grandma, and cousin dying...also my aunt getting very sick and bed-ridden for the rest of her life.

...Hmph.

-I had appendicitis in high school. Since the telltale signs didn't show up, I was in the hospital for 72 excruciating hours before an exploratory surgery. And then of course there's the pain of surgery.
-I have degenerative disc disease. It makes my back weak and makes standing OR sitting for long periods very painful.
-And let's not forget my current condition which is incurable, in which the symptoms aren't (in spite of the doctor's best efforts) under control. So I have sporadic abdominal pain daily, amongst other issues.
-AAAAND there's one more that's way too inappropriate for you kids. >.>
