They said the third one would be the last one too. And it did wrap things up nicely.

In the good ending, the souls of the dead children are at peace and are implied to leave the animatronics, no longer haunting them.

They're gonna milk this franchise as long as it will sell, without innovating much.

It's almost like Scott Cawthon watches Game Theory and announces the games to coincide with the FNAF episodes just to screw with MatPat. This is the second time that a game has been announced within a week of the episode on the previous game has gone up. The FNAF 3 theory isn't even done yet, part 2 comes out next week!

Either that or MatPat is psychic. Those are the only two possible explanations.
