Not that I need my fifth+ version of either of these, but is there an ETA for the last two Elites yet?

Eruptor and GIll Grunt are the last two, you can see them on the Elite Stealth Elf & Terrafin package. I'd also expect them to be released around late february/march.

If Eruptor is reallly shiny I might want to get him. Can't wait for the reveal!

Prices need to come way down before i buy anymore of them....got Trigger Happy cause he's my fav...

humm.. as far as i know ( and i dont know much) the EE are gamestop only. also they like to have skylander days when they get new stuff, alot of the time the drop the prices on the EE's by 5 bucks, helps soften the blow i guess. I got spyro so far because i started with trap team and you just got to have a sypro. so many childhood memories.

In my case, I was able to get Eon Elite Spyro as well as Eon Elite Trigger Happy, I absolutely love these. And also, I didn't knew there was more of these coming out.

The last 5 times I've gone into a Gamestop, I've been adamant that I was finally going to give in and pick these things up. I come to my senses right before I get to the register, though. Does the game even call them "elite"? Or they just function as such?

Yes and they only have there Elite 3X power in Trap Team. In all older games they are standard powered.

well i got EE spyro. in TT he is elite but when i added him to swap force he was "special" because i also had the spyro from SA starter kit. but yea, was the same as normal spyro just with a "special" description.

I'm waiting to see anything. Even a preorder for them. But nothing yet. The last two I'm not paying full price for. Hoping for a sale on them in the near future.

Agreed, even at $20 on sale I can't justify it. At $10 I would probably get a few.

I managed to come up with an Eon's Elite Spyro complete (save for outer, shiny box) for $5 at a used bookstore a couple of weeks back. If folks keep their eyes open and are willing to pick up used/open figures, there are definitely deals to be had.

^Yup, they will be practically worthless in the near future, if literally brand new figures are going for this cheap. I'd argue the bookstore didnt know what they had.

The fire sale is coming sooner or later. I wouldn't be surprised if there were pallets upon pallets of them collecting dust in a GameStop warehouse somewhere. $10 is the price I'll start considering a purchase. As I've mentioned, I don't foresee any price drops below $20 until all the Eon's Elite line has been released as they want to milk that "must have them all" fan base willing to purchase at retail first.

I really don't think these are selling at $25 or even $20 to anyone but the most hardcore collectors. Searching completed listings on eBay yields pages of unsold Eon's Elites, and every Gamestop I've been in has tons of them still.

Exactly. Eon Elites are not flying off the shelf. I haven't had any problem seeing them sitting there in the store. I will be waiting for a price drop for the last two.

TBH. I'm really disappointed in myself for purchasing the first 6 Eon Elites at regular price. I should have put two and two together when I seen EE Chop Chop and Spyro still on the shelves in when I picked up the last couple. I guess I'll just wait for a price drop on the next two before I pick them up.

Gamestop will use them as enticers for pre-orders (maybe for Skylanders 5) or add them in with some other highly desired item in a bundle before they will fire sale them down to $10 or below. I'm sure they have tons at the warehouse, I haven't been in a Gamestop (high or low traffic) that didn't have a full selection of Eon's Elite.

They are very nice, I got a Terrafin on sale since he is one of my favorites. The packaging and high quality paint look fantastic. But the price indicates they have clearly misjudged the audience at this point in the franchise. Two years ago, back when scalpers could routinely get a big premium for newly released figures they would have sold like hotcakes.

If they'd released harder to find characters, plus a few fan favorites, these would have done very well. Could you imagine an EE Sunburn, Boomer, or Ghost Roaster? Maybe a rerelease of some Giants like an EE Swarm or Crusher(Neither are terribly rare, but there is a demand for them)? Maybe we could have even gotten an EE Magna Charge if the line succeeded.

Honestly, I really doubt we'll see a second series of these. They seem to have sold well enough to justify the whole batch, but not well enough to warrant a second set.

Yep. They've simply saturated the market enough that there's no real shortage in any real way (with some exceptions). It really does pay to wait now, as a general rule.

I think 4-10-15 for the last two eon elite's eruptor and gill grunt last checking on there site, there nicely packaged but not for the price I agree they should be lower in price and even at the three local game stops near me ( santa Maria, Grover beach, and San Luis obispo ca) all have plenty of the other eons elite even with a 19.99 price tag on them (the one in Santa Maria had those prices today) I picked up the first 5 at full price and picked up terrafin today for the above mentioned price. After thinking about it I will wait for the other two to come down.

After all of the Gill Grunts I have there's no way I'm paying a premium for a Series 1 pose with some fresh paint at 2.5x what a figure goes for. I'm sure they've also scaled down the inventory counts to compensate, as both have seen lots of iteration/action.
