Where have you had luck finding wave 3 traps? I have been hunting multiple times a week for these and have only been able to get 1 of the 8. I was lucky to find the water helmet trap at Target a week ago. I have been checking 3 Walmarts, TRU, Target, Best Buy, and GameStop.

Target employees know nothing about Skylanders and can't help much. They just say that they have to sell their remaining stock before more is shipped and they can't choose which traps come to them. I get a different answer every time at TRU, but the most believable is that they've never gotten a wave 3 trap and they believe they have a different TRU release date than the figures. They also said they have to sell some more of their SSA, SG and SSF stock before they get any substantial amounts of STT merch.

I have been running into more Kaos traps recently. I snagged up 3 this week for friends. That brings me up to 6 total found in the wild.

I've only seen wave 3 traps at target so far, I'm still missing over half of them

I have... life snake, and water/tech helm

Before Christmas I went to target and got tech flying helmet, life snake, undead snake and fire totem they had all the others but did not get them

I found all of them at Target also. This was right when Wave 3 came out. Since then I have been to other Targets, TRU and GS and haven't seen them anywhere else.

Found a couple at target but most w3 traps i found at fred meyer

No stores around me in Texas have any wave 3 traps, but there WAS one water helmet left at a target when I went to see my family in Austin. Other than that, the only thing the targets by me have right now are water traps. Same with gamestop. ...and Best Buy. Toys R Us even has a small part of the skylanders aisle solely for water traps right now, none of which are wave 3!

Haven't seen any around here in TN. Getting that there not here yet.

Where are you in TN? I'm in NE TN, SW VA and can confirm that wave 3 traps have made it through the region a couple of times, just not in any insane quantities like with waves 1 & 2.

If the Wave 3 traps are going to remain this rare for the remainder of the month (which seems likely), I can't imagine how rare the wave 4 traps could potentially be. It kind of seems like Activision is holding back on new trap shipments because the wave 1 traps are already flooding the shelves, especially the water traps. (BA-DUM-TSS! Get it? FLOODING? Ok I'll stop...)

Target wont get any more traps til they stop DROWNING with ALL the water traps !! The electronics dept is as BLUE as the ocean !!

Yes TrapShadowFan please stop....*shakes head*...lol...anyhooo every store i went it to is really blue also...im south of Nashville Doug....Murfreesboro. But i could have missed them...by the time i get off work they could have all been bought.

This the exact experience I had too. I was able to find them all when Wave 3 came out, but I have never seen them anywhere since. Not even at Target.

Wow, went to TRU tonight. There's nothing but water traps. Traps appear to be selling VERY well.

Target this AM, NO wave 3 traps but the was 6 KAOS Traps on a peg staring @ ME ! oops ! I found a Air Snake on the shelf by Disney Infinity !

I'm in Michigan. All the local gamestop have received at least 1 kaos trap in the last couple of days too.

Can someone point me in the direction of the tech & water helmet traps ? LOL.. Cant find those 2 anywhere !!

Found a water helmet in the UK. I have never seen a wave 3 trap in person. I thought they were easy to find in the USA.

If you need them right now your best bet is eBay.

i saw a ton of them at target before christmas... now there are only log holders...

$50.00 plus for the 4 traps of wave 3 my wife returned because I wasn't going to continue collecting all the traps ! REGRETTING that right about now but then again Evil-Bay ! serves a purpose when u want it right now, NOT laterz !

I haven't found a Kaos trap but if I do I would probably buy it and find someone to sell it for cheap
but I did find a life snake trap which I regret buying

I have found at Target and Gamestop.

GameStop definitely has gotten wave 3 traps. I got 2 in the mail with the Kaos trap bundle.
