I've seen a few other members on here say that they've managed to pick up the traps that were supposed to come along with wave 3, so I know they're out, but I haven't had any luck finding them!

The TRU near me got in the Light and Dark packs, W3 Cores, and Wave 3 Trap Masters, on Sunday when they were supposed to, but didn't get in any new traps, and they haven't had any new shipments since then.
My local Target just got their Wave 3 stuff today, but again, no traps.

Are the Wave 3 traps delayed or something? Has anyone else been having this problem?

Targets have them, at least my local Targets do. PLENTY of them.

My local TRU didn't have traps either. I found them in Target..the 3rd one I tried.(on Saturday) The Targets closer to me had nothing at all.

Your best bet is to check different Targets. I have been to many different retail stores in the past week and I have only seen the wave 3 traps at Target.

I got mine at target, if your store has alot of the wave 1/2 they may not have put them out yet as they dont have the room etc.

Got mine at Walmart

Is the tech tiki going to be in a single pack that the only trap I don't have from all three waves

Ditto Allskate's question. I cannot justify spending $40 for one new trap and a variant villain.

I got my wave 3 traps at Target.

I dont recall seeing the ech tiki, its possible its only in the $40 pack or its just going to appear later on.

I guess I'll just keep checking back at my local Target then, since that seems to be where most people are having the best luck. It's definitely not a problem of overstocking, since the last time I was in there, there were only two traps left on the entire shelf. They did have plenty of Wave 3 Trap Masters however.

Honestly, traps aren't even that high on my priority list due to the whole number of villains ≠ number of traps fiasco. But still, there were some cool sculpts in this wave, plus I just thought it was odd that I couldn't find any anywhere, when normally my local stores are usually well stocked.

EDIT: @Slayer The Tech Tiki is only in the 8 pack at the moment, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it in a single in a later wave.

Got all of wave 3 traps at Target w3 also has 3x chaos trap in the box.

I only found 2: Life Snake & Water Fling Helmet
Might hold off until the 10th and get the rest at GS on the BOGO deal, along with the Lob Goblin variant.
I'm hoping that Bat Spin will be out soon as well.

Found Seed Serpent, Spinning Sandstorm, and finally the Kaos Trap! Couldn't believe it when I saw two of the Kaos Traps at the front of a tray behind the counter (all the traps were kept behind the counter). Got Frost Helm online from a website that is thankfully serious about shipping the correct sculpts (had to get 3 of the W2 traps from it too), and I now have the element packs, so I'm done with traps for this wave.

I found one random Water Flying Helmet Trap at an out of town Target yesterday, but they didn't have any others in stock. I keep checking back at my local TRU, Target, and GameStop, but none of them have still gotten anything in yet. It's weird, normally all of these places stock faster than this...

Missing undead snake and earth tiki. Hopefully will find it today when I go out and hunt.

I haven't kept up with the different traps, but I know the Targets in my area have had nothing but water traps (some of them with Outlaw Brawl & Chain) and one random life trap that I found had fallen off the peg and behind some starter packs.

^ My Super Target was stocked relatively well (for a Target) but all they had was water traps today, and maybe only 5 in TOTAL. They were wiped clean. I had gotten most of wave 3 there a couple of weeks ago.

^ No...all my stores have almost no stock....this is getting ridiculous. YO if anybody from Activision reads this...you need to distribute the stock better among the stores....(some stores get butt loads an others get few or nothing)....or make more figures to distribute. I have as yet to see any Wave 3 in my area.

Stores are probably thin right now so they can do inventory. I suspect mid-late January is when restocks will happen.

Yep. we are now moving into inventory season. Stores count up what they have at this point every year and shipments slow to a crawl. This makes it easier since there is less to count and less fluctuations due to incoming stock.
