Amazon don't have to honour the price, internet sellers don't (only physical retailers do). However, in the past when they've made mistakes like this, they have tended to honour it (I got the Bayonetta 2 Special Edition cheaper like this, but not this cheap), plus they have that pre-order price guarantee.

for any one who like to Copy and Paste "Skylanders Trap Team: Elemental Pack 1"
that will give you Dark set. replace 1 with 2 and you will get Light set.

They have both changed to £46.67 and they are both from PreisCompany so I think we should check how much we have too pay.

Smyths has listed Light and Dark packs being available on the 16th of January. UK release dates are always all over the place...

The links dark posted still work, I preordered both now. Maybe amazon will cancel the orders- but if they do there is no loss- and you never know they may honour them

side note Smyths is saying 16 Jan 2015 for light and dark set's and priced at £24.99

so. we got 29 days to wait.

The official release date in the UK is definitely Boxing Day, so Smyths may revise that date yet, we'll have to wait and see.

So I asked for the rest of wave 1 and 2 I still need for Christmas, I am also asking for GAME gift vouchers for Wave 3 and Light and Dark

Yeah, game.co.uk has them listed for 26th December 2014.

ok amazon have stop listing light and dark at that fun price.
there not priced right now.

in other news. some people are claiming to have some for sell right now, using the amazon marketplace.
these people are not amazon but 3rd party's and have seen £39 and £50+ for them.
so if shopping at amazon make 100% who you buy from.
amazon system will normal list the cheapest in-stock seller.
and as it not sold by amazon yet it will list the high price sellers

got to love that amazon marketplace. ( note the sarcasm! )

wish i had the money for that. but i don't no i need to save ware i can and if i can get them at that price that was listed and not the £50 i would have to pay ( or £60 if games over pricing dose not get fixed. ) but i am having to watch what i spend. and it sucks.

I've not had a mail from Amazon, but I plan to hang on a try and push them into giving me them at the original listed price if they push back.

It's only because I got a christmas bonus and I completely forgot about PS+ I'm gonna have to pay for that now! I guess I'm kinda lucky I don't own an xbox one otherwise it would be double payment, and I thank nintendo that they don't charge for their online service!

And I also haven't had any mail from amazon, if I do get any I'll be sure to post it!

will you do get the small bonus that 1 PS+ payment will count to 1x ps3 1x ps4 and 1x ps vita.
still i only plan for 1 year of PS+ not 2. and it not 100% needed for on line, it just 40% of the online stuff get turned off wit out it..

and some one in Germany is selling light and dark now on amazon, amazon are still not re-listing them, at the right price or atall.

Headed into Toys R Us today, no sign of Wave 3

I've just had a message from Amazon about the new date on the Light and Dark packs. I hope that they don't change the price.

Wave 3 was in GAME today. I really wanted to buy High Five but I wasn't paying £15 for him. I'll wait for a better price.

Yeah, Game are seriously price gouging and it's Activision's fault for releasing these so close to Christmas. Not happy!

I got 2 emails from Amazon - both giving an estimated delivery of 21st to 23rd January for the Light and Dark packs - also an order confirmation of £8.36 for each. Obviously hoping for an earlier release date, but for the price, I'm happy to wait

Went to Smyths and got Wallop, Blastermind and Tuff Luck.

They had:

Blastermind
Tuff Luck
Ka-Boom
Both Triple Packs

They didn't have:

High Five
Bat Spin
Cobra Cadabra
Trail Blazer
Wave 3 Traps
Minis

The nearest Smyths to me is about an hour away. I'm not playing Trap Team much though at the moment so I don't mind waiting for a better price.

I'll nip into Smyths tonight and see if they have Blastermind

Same here... my quoted date range is now February 3 thru 6 delivered to the US. However even with the international shipping, it's coming out to less than half what I would have to pay here, so I'm gonna stick with it. We will have plenty of other new skylanders to keep us busy until then. =)

umm people dont forget "sainsburys"
the one just 1 mile down the road from me. (if that far) sell's skylanders and it ware i normal pick them up from.
it had core W3 out ( picked up bat spin )
if them had any trap Master all of them have been sold. ( i think that them got put out 2 days ago. )
so all you going on about game and Smyths dont forget that sainsburys stock them to and you never know you may get lucky,

( note even before the big rebuild, enlargement and refit my sainsburys had this year them had a 4 foot display for skylanders ) so any good sized shop should have them )

just got a e-mail telling me 19 Jan 2015.

and my price still stands.
so it wait and see time. again

I might have to do a look around the supermarkets for some of this Wave 3 stuff (and definitely Tesco on Boxing Day to see if the Light/Dark stuff is actually out). I went into GAME today and they're charging £20 for a Trap Master and £10 for a trap. Absolutely disgusting.

Ouch, that price hurts after paying £40, if I thought I could get this one before Christmas, I'd take the Argos one back.

I have used coolshop multiple times in the past and so far I've had less trouble with them than Game, Argos or Smyths.

But, I've ordered myself, so I'll let you know when and if the traps arrive.
