I honestly like Verl.

He's funny with all that germaphobe attitude (since, you know, he lives in a sewer, which is not the cleanest place in the Skylands... ).

I don't have a "worst" NPC, but Quigley kinda disappointed me: I like him, but as soon as I saw him the first time, I hoped he would have had some funny things to say to the different characters, just like in SA.

Quite a pity...

Best: Mags. She's full of personality, and she can be pretty funny.
Worst: Tessa. While she was ok in SSF, she didn't really add much to the story besides, "Hey look, Tessa's back and stuff, continuity amirite?"

Best: Flam Bam. He is just So cool looking.
Worst: Mags, her voice is so annoying.

I know exactly how you fell.

Best: Mags- I like here design and she has some pretty funny lines.
Buzz- Same as Mags. I also liked how his and Flynn's relationship in the game.

Worst: Mabu- There basically the same like they were in Spyro's Adventure and Giants. There too afraid to fight in the beginning but, for some reason get brave later. I do gives props to some of the mabu being visually different and having different accents.

The worst is Buzz. He's a boring, uncharismatic knockoff of Flynn, who's been played to death in this game. He also does little in the game and re uses his "oh bet you don't know how I got here first!" joke, which is hardly funny.

I honestly am happy to say that I personally think all the NPCs were alright and none of them were terrible. I'm sorry, but even I admit the ones from Swap Force from Tugs to Gorm and finally flipping Rufus were just the worst already. Glad to see that TFB didn't torture us with super annoying characters this time around.

cali was a bit annoying in ssa heroics, but dont come close to rufus in swap force, he is the worst ever. my favorite is flynn

Don't really have a favorite, but dear lord I HATE Mags. Most annoying NPC out of all 4 games in my opinion.

There were two things about Mags I didn't like, that goofy hat, and her "Press the action button NOW!!!" which grated on my ears a little.
And what's with that "Hot buttered toast?"

But she did have a few of the funniest lines, like the one about brownies and the one about a bathroom in a robot.

I agree with GhostRoaster617. The NPCs in SF were annoying.
Flynn would in in my best category, especially when he mentions about the bad enchiladas after knocking out the defenses on Chef Pepper Jack's ship. Plus I thought Evil Flynn was cool
Tessa & Cali are pretty cool, though I wish they were in MoM as well.
Mags cracks me up.
Buzz has his moments, he's okay.
But the award (if they had one) for Best NPC in TT goes to...........Glumshanks.
Loved him in MoM, especially that he didn't want to leave beside Kaos (MoM version) was kind to him and was actually happy for once. That, and also the trolls with the hippy names and cool voices, like Moonbeam.
As for Persephone, Evil version was far superior. But Marsha was better (Chapter 7). Loved Hatwick (the NPC with the candle on his hat). That dude was bizarre.

I always preferred Cali over Tessa.

Worst NPC is Marsha in Monster Marsh lol... do I need to explain?
