I got Thumpback Yesterday . It was pure luck , I have not seen one in months . Looks like the bubble was retaped so i assume it was in storage all this time .

Got her yesterday for $4.99 at a local used game shop


And got a starter pack of Topps cards on clearance from Best Buy.

Got 3 out of 4 of the last Giants figures I needed! Now I just need Whirlwind. Also picked up Big Bang Trigger Happy.

I got Twin Blade Chop Chop today.

Bought the following skylanders off a guy on Craigslist: Granite Crusher; Legendary Spyro, Legendary Chop Chop; Legendary Trigger Happy; Eruptor (S1); and Prism Break (S1).

Doberman, I see you have a Vintage Stock in your area as well. Not all states have those. It's an awesome place to shop.

GameMaster, Vintage Stock is awesome. We buy all our used games there. It's great that they have such a huge selection for every single console. The staff knows a lot about the stuff they sell and have always been helpful. A few of their Skylanders are over priced, but for the most part it's a good place to look. I'm in Kansas. We actually have quite a few second hand game stores in my city. Vintage Stock and CD Tradepost are the best. The staff at CD tradepost is mostly high school kids and they don't know much about their product, which is good and bad. Their Skylanders are in a case with a sign that says $4.99-$12.99. It depends on what kind of mood the staff member is in on what price they sell them for... I managed to get a few swappers for $4.99 once. It would be a great place to snag variants if they ever came in!

On a side note, Vintage Stock said they pay $.50 for SSA and SG and $1.00 for SSF. That's crazy!! Makes me wish I could talk to the sellers before hand.

I am finally 174/174. Didn't need it NIB, and the shipping wasn't great, but the net price was still the best I found.

My dad got me a Riot Shield Shredder Trap for my B-day!!

Just got my EBay shipment in. Got Spyro's Adventure and Giants for the Wii, Darklight Crypt with Ghost Roaster, Pirate Seas, Fright Rider, Stump Smash, Boomer, Zook, Bash, Crusher, Swarm, Glow in the Dark Cynder and Red Drill Seargent plus another 30 something duplicates of one I already had for $100. Just missing 3 characters now, Thumpback, Wham Shell and Grim Creeper. Already have the PS3 Dark Trap Team and Gear Shift pre-ordered.

Won three more auctions on EBay, will soon have the rest of my collection. Lightcore Grim Creeper, Thumpback and Wham Shell should all be here by next Friday as I have recieved tracking numbers on all three. I now have at least one varient of all Skylanders Characters. Have some specials and looking at a couple more "rare" ones. Next, on to Trap Team.

Not sure what I'm gonna do yet with them. I might have some friends locally who want them, but I might sell em too. I think I'm gonna keep Spyro so I can customize him a bit.

Sell the crypts on ebay, even if you sell it for $25 to make the 15 u spent it would be worth it (if ur againist ebay etc)

it's a error dune bug. one of his claws un unpainted, and so is his chest.

Found a QDRS in a Target in Tennessee. It was the last one!

Picked up Jade Fire Kraken and Quickdraw Rattleshake today and pre-ordered Elite Spyro from GameStop today. Got Metallic Green Gill Grunt on Tuesday.

I bought a platinum treasure chest from a used game store for $2.50

They had a bunch of other used Skylanders I was drooling over (GITD Fright Rider, S2 Bash, etc.) but I have to assume they got someone now employed there who knows the value of Skylanders. They had a royal Double Trouble for $60, if that gives you any indication about the prices for some of those. Shame, I used to find awesome Skylanders there and everything was like $4. I'm too poor today for the ebay sized prices they had them for, so hopefully they'll be around once I get money again.

I got a MOC clear bubble , Blue Bash for 5 bucks . I think i will call him Sapphire Bash .

I got Mega Ram Spyro, Hoot Loop, Lava Barf Eruptor, Zoo Lou, Blizzard Chill, Bumble Blast, Knock Out Terrafin, Star Strike, Glow In The Dark Sonic Boom, Tower of Time, Battle Hammer and Sky Diamond plus a few cards/stickers for $40 today from Craigslist.

Went to a close EB Games (not my regular store) and got Lightcore Shroomboom and Swarm for a nice price so glad they had LC Shroomboom ;v;

They had a lot of really rarer Skylanders though o.o a few SSA Series 1s and they had like, a Loose Dark Blast Zone, and they had a Scarlet Ninjini! If anybody is in Victoria, Australia, totally go to the Point Cook store, there was so much there *drools*

So I went to ToysRUs yesterday to check out DI2.0, and I saw THIS in the Skylanders section!:



The cardboard back is pretty bent up, but I don't care! I'm so happy to have finally found another chase variant, even though it's one that I already have.

Lucky Bas.... errr...you get the idea. I have never ...NEVER seen a cyrstal clear in any store....and they are my FAVORITE Chase Variants. The only Crystal Clears i have are the new Fire Bone Hot Dogs.

Lucky ;-; Weren't the crystal variants the hardest to find?

a clear stealth elf should help you buy a lot of new Trap Team Matteo!!!

Day 1 Trap Team Haul!! I don't really post here often as I really just browse topics but hey, why not post my haul here. The only thing taht sucks is that I have to wait until 11 to pick up gearshift and my dark starter at gamestop
