I love Wreck-it-Ralph for all of the video-game references and character cameos it has in it.

Despite everything in us that enjoys seeing a happy ending, there will always be part that enjoys watching a tragedy unfold before our eyes. Something to darken the bright and happy world that is laid out before us.

When I went to Disney World this summer I saw one of the cast members dressed up as Elsa and was bombarded by little children wanting their picture taken with her, and she tripped on her dress and almost fell flat on her face. Oh how I wish I had my video camera then.

Anybody realize the song Let it Go is actually about Elsa's parents and how she felt being locked up but now she can finally be awakened from that "cage"?
"The cold never bothered me anyway"= referencing the fact that she didn't choose to be locked up.
"the fears that once controlled me"= her parent's fears
"Cant get to me at all"= seeing as her parents are dead, and now they're fears can't bother her or imprison her
"Dont let them in, dont let them see. Be the good girl you always have to be" = since her parents forced her to be locked in her room for years.
"I don't care what they're going to say. Let the storm rage on"= They being her parents and how she isn't going to care what they think since they were the ones who imprisoned her.
"And I'll rise like the break of dawn"= she can now release her powers without having to hold it in due to her parents.
"That perfect girl is gone"= The "perfect" girl being her when she was caged up so she can't do any harm.


Also "Conceal dont feel, dont let them know!" saying how she couldn't show her powers or tell anyone.

Just some analyzing I did, the lyrics have some deep meaning O.o

Kingdom Hearts is my favorite Disney-*shot*

Ok, seriously, it's actually a pretty stunning series. Sure the plot is convoluted (though I like that), the dub can be pretty poorly done, the dialogue frequently narmy and fluffy and cheesy as can be (in their defense, they have to voice the characters and translate the dialogue to say the same thing with the same lip motions), but despite all that, it's still managed to give very strong emotion and feels (I have almost never cried at hardly any movie, or game much for that matter, but Xion's death, which I didn't see coming as I hadn't played KHII, that I'll admit got me misty-AND-TOTALLY-NOT-SOBBING), contain deep meanings and themes (love, friendship, all those common themes, but also redemption, rebirth, corruption, the sanctity of the spirit/heart, that man has limits he should not cross, so on), have one of the most beautiful soundtracks in history, and manages to genuinely make one care about the characters and their struggles.

In short, one of my favorite series, game or otherwise, of all time.

For anyone wondering why I called it one of the greatest soundtracks ever:
Vector to the Heavens (with elements of Musique pour la tristesse de Xion, i.e. Xion's theme, thrown in for perfection) in my opinion the greatest Disney and among the greatest soundtrack pieces of all time, a dark, brilliant musical biography of a young girl named Xion, hands down among Disney's most tragic characters.

For another great, more lively piece, an orchestral combination of all the Organization XIII themes:


KH also has the darkest, most evil Disney villains, hands-down.
