Okay, I haven't been on here for a long time so i don't know if this has been discussed, but when are and/or when will they be out? I would like to know because if they aren't, i need to know how much money I need to give to ebay

The Dark Variants came with the Dark Starter Pack. As far as I know there has never been any kind of a hint that they would be released in single or triple packs if that is what you're asking. Quickdraw is supposed to be released in store at some point in the not so distant future, I think it was Walmart that had a page for him a while back on their site.

Thanks for the info about quickdraw. as for the dark varients, i was asking about singles. I have talked to 2 gamestop people, the first one thought they weren't, but when i brought up gnarly tree rex, he didn't know, and the other one didn't know.

If the dark did come out in packs, the three normal sized would probably be in a tri-pack, while the two swappers would be in one of those dual-figure "swap-packs". Unlikely that this is going to happen, though.

If you are waiting for them to come out in singles, you are looking at spending $10 for the core ($30 for 3) and $15 for swappers ($30 for 2) a total of $60. Or if they come out in 3-Pack ($25) and 2-Pack Swappers ($25), $50 Total.

Your best bet was getting the Dark Starter last week when they were 50% off for $50.00, this comes with a light up portal and the game (Use as an extra in case the first one gets damaged/lost)

I for one got mine on D-Day.

For what it's worth, the Dark variants (Save Dark Spyro) aren't any different from their non dark counterparts (Dark Spyro playing different to regular/legendary Spyro in the 3DS games much like his S1 counterpart).

That said, it would be disappointing to not see them available outside of that.

I agree with dinoah...i realy dought they will release all those Dark Skylanders into single or bundle packs....best if you just save up an buy the Dark Statrer Pack if you realy want the Darks.

If you check eBay, I know, boo-hiss and stuff... There are people selling the Dark figures for about $65 for the set. Not really a markup considering it is free shipping, no sales tax.

I read something about Quickdraw Rattle Shake being exclusive to Frito Lay BEFORE the end of 2013. So there's a chance he will appear in stores worldwide this summer. He should.

As for the dark variants. Yeah. They really need to come in single packs. Nobody is paying a hundred dollars just for variants and a set of items they already have.

I highly doubt that the Dark variants will come out in singles. As for Quickdraw I be the will come in a single sooner or later.

if you check GameStop, they usually have the Dark Starter Pack, for about 60$....if not cheaper. I know last time i was in mine they did.

I think they wont do the darks in single or double packs. I think what they wanted you to do was buy the dark starter pack first and then buy the regulars of the rest of them. Not sure if they all came out in individual but I think a couple of them did. I ended up buying the dark for the ps4 and the regular for the ps3 since my kids play it on both systems.

The Dark characters are completely exclusive to the Dark Starter. It even says so on the box.

Quickdraw Rattle Shake is due for release pretty soon.
