Tried grabbing Enchanted Star Strike from US Amazon. Didn't keep my wits about me and I ended up ordering the regular lightcore version...Cursed "can't ship to specified address" error!

On the home front, my local Smyths store is doing a 3 for 2 on Swap Force guys again...this time including Swappers. I've already made up my mind to nab the two earth Skylanders, but from those that I have left to get I can't decide between Spy Rise and Freeze Blade.

Also, been meaning to Grim Creeper and Night Shift, but I might buy their legendary variants granted Toys R Us ships to ROI. They've got stores in the North, so I don't see why not.

@wreckingballbob same here I hope its not but I still think it will be a trap team preorder incentive though as they still need to give more information like what characters you can get and if we get any adventure/battle packs.Even though I could be wrong as I think the U.S has got Lightcore Bumble Blast already as I beleive Robert Welkner from COINOP TV has it in his skylander collection.

Thanks for the heads-up about Doom Stone at Tesco - I went down there and surprisingly, they've started stocking Skylanders well again! Got it for £7.50 with a Clubcard voucher.

If you've got a HMV nearby you then I'd pop in and have a look at their Skylanders.

I was in the Edinburgh one today and regular and Lightcore figures were all marked as £4.99. I found 4 I didn't have, although they also had 2 others which I don't have, and wished I had picked them up.

However when I got to the till and they rang up the 4 I got, they went through at £2.99 each.

I picked up;
Giants - Lightcore Jet Vac
Swap Force - Countdown, Horn Blast Whirlwind and Lava Barf Eruptor

I'm thinking that we may not see Lightcore Bumble Blast until June at the earliest.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm heading into the store to collect mine, so we'll see. They're usually pretty good (for me) with keeping their word on pre-order bonuses, just as long as I get there the first day.

I ordered online for collect in store (no postage) and it showed up a £3.50 voucher I had lost so I got it for £6.50.
Very happy.

Kick off Countdown was available to buy instore in Asda today. I nearly got one I like him more than normal Countdown.

I am still waiting for my Amazon order since I probably won't be able to get to a shop before Friday anyway. I can wait.

@ Sunny Castanets do you have this character as well Quickdraw Rattle Shake and if so how did you get him as he is not available in the uk as he was part of a promotion that only happens in the U.S.

I totally forgot about Quickdraw to be honest, Brian! I'm hoping we get a release here. I did get a US friend to get me the sidekicks but didn't have the hindsight to ask for the help for that one.

I just don't get why they don't release every Skylander everywhere. They'd get more money.

@ wreckingballbob I have had that same mindset since they never released drobot series 2 over here and I am not sure what characters they will or will not release over here.

I would really love to interview an activision boss and ask them these questions and put them on the spot to see what their answer would be or their reaction and their reasoning for it.
