I tried searching but could not find anything I've been playing the level Super Hungry Gobble Pods over and over again and can only score 44k for two stars you need 65K for three is their something I'm not doing right in the level to get over 65K I switch hats and everything and can't score over 44K

What difficulty are you playing on? I get 3 stars whenever I play it on hard

Yeah I play it on Nightmare and pretty much do everything I can to avoid getting hit.

This one actually wasn't terrible on Nightmare. I am a big fan of Magna Charge since he can pick up the big guys and hurl them, killing chompies and keeping the heavy hitters away from the fruit.

It's actually my 'level up' area. It's hectic, its fun, and if you're good, you can bring a low level character in and still compete. It's where I break in all my 'new' Lander's so to speak. It helps me figure out powers too.

Super Hungry Gobble Pods is the easiest of all Arena Battles. Anyone who frees the Gobble Pods from their cages make it faster and simpler to defeat enemies, including Evilized Greebles.

Bah I have to apologize, I'm not thinking of the right one...I'm referrinf to the one that shoots out all the chompies ().

That one drove me crazy, it feels like most skylanders can't handle it on nightmare unless you have a good disable move.

Yeah that one just...yeah...I haven't bothered trying to beat it with my non-high powered, 'Landers.

I agree...this one only works well single player for those skylanders that have long range attacks--otherwise--it's suicide on harder difficulties.

I honestly don't even remember which character I finally beat it with, I just remember failing a lot on nightmare and going through Wind-up with his springing the enemy in the air disable, Washbuckler with his bubble disables, and Magna Charge throwing and tossing the cyclops trolls with no luck. I *think* I finally beat it with Bumble Blast but whoever it was with it was just barely.

Anyone that shoots distances with high damage is your best bet. Bumble Blast works great as previously said...Hex should be good...Drobot...

In your case Grilla should be good if you have the monkey upgrades...Rattle's snake gun is decent but his upgrade attacks are limited in range. You want to evaluate both swap's upgrades and evaluate their effectiveness from a long range.

Someone that requires close range attacks/melee is suicide...for example...Stealth Elf or Stink.

I managed to do it with Magna Charge - you can use Attack 2 to crowd control the club guys by picking them up and then throwing them.

You can hold them overhead as long as you like and if you can hit another they both fall over.

Also watch the corners (especially the lower ones) for when the missile launchers appear.

I was using Rattle for his Upgrade Path on Deputy's Duty. My Drilla is on the Coconut Caretaker Upgrade Path. I'm not sure if Drilla's other path would be more effective for it or not. I haven't tried doing that one with Hex yet. I know I tried Magna Shift at one point but they take over the sides too fast compared to slowing down his arm as it isn't rapid fire.

If you want to protect the fruit, then you have to use the Fruit Punch-er himself....Camo!
