Best Tips for lucid dreaming? [CLOSED]

I've been trying to have another lucid dream for around a couple of months now, and i need help D:

I don't think you can just make a lucid dream happen. But when you do have one by chance, make the most of it smilie

I lucid dream all the time. I've noticed that it happens to me most when I go to sleep right after watching a TV show.

keep a dream diary and do random checks of "am i dreaming" throughout the day, sometimes you do it in dreams (not often but i did a couple times)

I have no idea, but, if you want to semi control what your dreams are about, try thinking about that while falling asleep, thats why I never have nightmares, it's all in your head. Its like the Matrix, if you imagine something happening, it does.

It's when you're aware that you're dreaming and you can control what you do in it.
