PS4 collection issue [CLOSED]

Sorry to start a new thread but.. I add skylanders to my collection and they arent all adding.

Ive added all 8 giants and there variants to the portal and i'm still getting 7/8 for example. I cant figure out how to change ownership in the game, anyone else have a ps4 and know how to fix this?

Options - Skylander - Manage - Ownership

This should take care of your issue. Good luck with Landers on PS4... it is quite amazing.

It may not appear. I've been told here (haven't tried it) that having another swap force version on a different platform will bring up the ownership option...your problem is probably that the option isn't available (we've all buried VV for not ALWAYS including this as an option in case there's an issue).

What I'd like to know is how come we can't register our Platinum Chests?

Because someone manufactured them wrong (perhaps they were communicated with RFID id # x, but in reality the chips in the PLAT was y), or QA was asleep on the job and didn't bring it to their attention, or the DEV team ignored the defect. Pick one.

This is quite interesting and annoying at the same time. I had Swap Force on my PS3 before I decided to get a PS4. All of my characters were easily switched over to the PS4 version. Maybe it is an Microsoft to Sony issue, or Nintendo to Sony issue? I don't know much about the technical side of things!

i had no problems transfering from ps3 or wii u to ps4. dont have an xbox to test.
