I always wanted a life mage sorta-thing, and it looked like a panda bear. I love panda bears. And when I found out he can summon wolves and birds, I squealed. I bought one, accidentally got one for Christmas, and then bought the Legendary one because I love him so much. 2 regulars and 1 Legendary. Most of any Skylander I own.

Favorite Giant: Crusher, Bouncer, or Ninjini. First giant, coolest looking, and just the search for it, respectively.

Favorite Swapper: Magna Charge or Hoot Loop. Magna Charge because he has an awesome design and battle tactics, but Hoot Loop for the teleportation and cocky attitude.

SA Fighting I enjoy using Zook the most. When running around no one beats Stealth Elf for me, and she is a close top 5 for sure

Actually there are a ton of catagories that I'd rank my favorites and it'd change a bit per catagory so JUST flighting. Meaning when I am doing a PVE arena area or big fights in the game and ect

SA: ZOOK Best defensive character, and in a game with tons of copycat ranged dmg dealers. His dmg isn't ANY worse than any of the others in SA, Giants, or the ones I have seen in SF (so far), but he can employ defenses, and the defenses do more for dmg than most characters can do with their offensive skills. I am not saying he is bar none the best overall, but I think anyone would have a hard time debating another character that brings as much to the table for story modes, PVE arenas and other PVE enviroments

Giants - Overall: Hot Dog He is just the best of a lot of meh characters. Fast, reactive, lots of options on how to deal dmg...

Giants - Big Characters: Crusher. I know I am ONLY suppose to pick for fighting, but I just about can't use any giant in SF cause they are bulking and lumber around. His rock roll, and then heavy hitting melee flow well together. So definitely Crusher... If there were some kinda stationary fighting or you don't move outside of a 4 ft radius others would be considered.

SF - So far Pop Thorn... I love being lazy and walking around endless homing spikes, Freedom in Skylanders is never having to aim, and damaging full bore while on the move running towards, running away, running anywhere while fighting LOL, Auto fires back a spike when I get hit, dual modes one to run around at speeds that rival all my past favorites for just travel parts, and actual fight mode that unlike many skylanders the reality of what pop thorn does in combat lives up to how fancy it looks. Cause by looks alone so many characters just look great and like they are laying waste to a screen full of mobs, but when you look at the numbers... it's not so great, and with my day off and lots of analysis and testing I have put over half my kids collection in the back of the shelf to probably not be used again.
He of course has a ton of sentimental favorites he likes to use cause of how they look, but all the ones that arn't his favorites those are the ones I was testing to find if there was anything useful per skylander so I can put some away and not be so cluttered up on the couch with a ton of these guys

I know I am weird but I like to have fair minumum of BEST characters. Best at this and that. Melee, projectile, lobbing, defensive skills, and ect. Pop Thorn put quite a few guys out to pasture with drobot being fast dmg, and zook being a defensive powerhouse that also can shoot up decent dmg


Swapper Night Shift Love the melee with range, and his charged punch, and the teleporting and "slow" effect make him basically OP in PVE combat.
