The rules state within 8-10 weeks. That means anytime in those 8-10 weeks or, in other words, 8-10 weeks max. Most promos say 8-10 weeks as a safety so people aren't calling after only a week or two.

I'm now hoping it's in the next week, now that they added him to Lost Islands. I'm sure there will be a quest for him next week. Although I won't open him until Christmas, anyway. But if I have it in my hands, knowing for sure I have him I will be more likely to spend the gems knowing I'll get them back later. But, as it is with Jade Fire Kracken, being in Lost Islands isn't a guarantee they will be out soon. Though they started adding the giant sidekicks about the time they were shipped out. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'm just right about to give up on it.

I was thinking Friday the 13th would be my lucky day, but after 12 days of 10 e-mail entries a day, I finally saw something other than "Sorry". Good luck to the rest of you still trying. I mostly stay up really late and had been entering between 2am and 5am central time. The one I won on was at 8:21am central though.

Since there are only so many of these for those of you who have won, maybe stop playing and winning more and let others win. My son really wants one of these and I try daily and get Sorry every time. Saying you have won 3 and 4 times just rubs it in other peoples faces who really just want one for their kid.

I was fortunate enough to finally win one of these the other night, but I have a question.
It was so late I can't for the life of me remember if I actually had to put in my mailing info or not. I know it said I won and it will take 8-10 weeks but I have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail. I used the gmail method with periods in my email but no email yet. Should I have received an email? or will that come at a later point? or did I actually enter my mailing info and will I just receive the figure in the mail in 2 months or so? Thanks for the help.

They only send confirmation emails if you messed up entering your mailing details. If you want to confirm if you're in the system, then call the help number and ask.

I don't even remember the date this contest started, but I did win 2 on the 2nd & 3rd day & I lost track of time, which I don't know if 6 weeks have passed yet...

Isn't it 8 to 10 weeks from last day of contest? I know usually we get them sooner but I believe this is the offical shipping time. Not 100% sure

I believe you are referring to the Ebay auction that someone shared with an in-hand figure.

8 - 10 weeks from when you won. (Technically, from when you are verified as a winner)
That puts the very earliest someone would receive a figure around January 3rd, 2014. (About 8 weeks from the first day of the contest)
So yes, they will be shipping after the contest ends, but not necessarily 8 - 10 weeks after. Unless you are the very last winner. Then...well, you get the idea.

i called and my 1st one i won on the first day right after it started was shipped on the 12th of dec. should be here anytime now.

I said it before. The disclaimer says they will ship within 8-10 weeks, which means anytime between you winning and 8-10 weeks after. So 8-10 weeks max. I called last week and they said they should be shipping out last week and arriving this week. The person who said theirs shipped on the 12th seems to verify that. I thought about calling to see if mine shipped. Might try doing it tomorrow. Usually things like these get shipped out with the slowest method possible. So it could take a week to arrive.

I called, today, and they told me that mine shipped out on the 12th, so artican was correct. They probably shipped out the first batch all that day. I came on here to post this and saw that someone received theirs today, so be on the lookout!

I thought it was one email entry per day with a 4 RS winner max per household. So you can have multiple email addresses to enter/day and if you are lucky enough win all 4. Though odds of being a "tribute" seems more favorable than winning 4 RS in one day.

It just not fair seeing that people got two, three, or even four! The three or four I would find it hard to believe that one single person got this many and if they did like I said its just not right, and if they did there is really something wrong with them! Meaning you must not have much of a life!
