IF and that's a big one in making another game at this point. I don't think it's wise to do series 4 of certain figures right now. There should be more of the ones that did get neglected given new powers, etc. Well if they were to do a series 4 I would imagine it has to be something completely different power and appearance wise.

But I think there's room to make more characters and fewer remakes unless they rerelease certain figures. Which should be kept minimal at this point.

I don't know about most but I really feel a burnout on getting these for people and for myself. I've only really sunk in for the legendaries, dark starters and the new singles and not as much of the swap force unless they are legendary or bundled with the game or variant.

I think the well is about dry here and seeing an S4 by any character is too much.

None of them imo, NO MORE REPOSES! Just another gimmick that takes away your money.

They should give the series 1 figures wow pows and re-release them without having to remodel them and lock the new content. That way, they'd still make money, only this time older customers (like parents) will stay happier for a longer time and get less likely to betray Activision and quit Skylanders.

Collecting Remodels may be fun for kids, but Parents who are paying another $10 for the same character they already own will make hell for their own wallets. To them, it also seems like they wasted money when the kids don't even play their S1 figures anymore, and promise to one day quit buying Skylanders.

I'd like a s2 pop thorn or Fright rider (he really needs a buff) s2 Bumble blast wound't be bad but he's already insanely over powered as he is

I agree with this 100%.

I'd say Roller Brawl, but I think I like it more when my favorites don't get new figures made, as long as the game version keeps the same character gameplay mechanics from previous games.

Spyro and Stealth Elf are obviously going to be reposed. Especially since they made a whole series about Spyro the Dragon.

The should be no reposes and a maximum of 20 new figures for the next game.

I don't think they should go any further than Series 2 on any future figure. Give them a Wow-Pow, tweak what may have been broken about them and call it a day. But at the same time, I think they should continue to make in-demand characters available (regardless of which game they started in). I also think path switching should be standard on ALL characters. Give us a new game, and give us new characters. Let us bring in our experienced champions, and use them.

If they decide to market a unique version of a character in a future game (promotion, paint job, whatever), make it optional and collectible. Re-engineering fifty plus charachters we already have for the Nth time is causing more harm than good, as it's disuading new people from giving the game a try, and angering a significant number of the current fanbase.

Sure, one of the reasons there are a LOT more figures on the shelves this year is a much greater effort with regard to distribution, but the other is less game sales. If this franchise is to succeed, they need to keep things fresh, and maintain forward compatibility. Every parent I know that isn't already involved with Skylanders, has avoided it. People talk, and it's a $500+ annual money-sink. If they're smart, they'll cut that figure in half (or lower) by focusing on the game and new content - not by changing a pose, and adding a new colored base to something we already have three (or more) versions of.

You make an excellent point and they really should listen to you. That's the most realistic and creative observation on the franchise and should be followed. You hear that TBF and Activision heed this warning.
