Have you tried drawing more frames to make it move smoother? Look what I mean: See how smoothly the second one moves? Well actually that's a lot more smoother than ya think, It's just 2 of the last frames that make him seem a bit jittery. Plus it's a lot better than the one I made either last year or 6 months ago.

Also I found it funny how you put Steel right next Silver there. Because well the creator of the character actually made him to be the Anti-Silver (In case you didn't know).

tip for animating: inbetweens will always make it look smoother, unless you have too many. then it'll look weird.

i think you need one or two extra frames to make it look a little nicer, maybe three if it still looks a bit slow after that. oh, and put the extra frames where it looks the slowest.

as for the blink, the blink needs to go a bit faster. 6 frames for a blink (two with the eyes closed and the rest with the eyes open or semi-open) should make it look alright

Thank you for your tip Baro. Though I was not using any sort of flash. I was using paint tool sai and ezimba to help animate it. (Thank god for ezimba). So I couldn't exactly do separate frames per animation

You should be able to do so even without Flash. All you have to do is time the animation right so that the blink is smooth and the bobbing is as well. Unless Ezimba has some sort of limit :x

I could try and help you sometime later if you want. Not right now though.
