I'm in Ohio and it shipped from Young America, MN.

I called to inquire about mine and they said it was shipped on the 14th. Any day now...

If it didn't move until Friday, November 15, according to USPS, it'll show up tomorrow (Thursday). I'm in Florida. (Even if it was "shipped" it didn't necessarily move.) The neighbors must think I'm crazy checking the mailbox so many times this afternoon!

I received one in the mail today.

Mine came in the mail today. My son was so excited. Actually, I was pretty excited too. We have never been lucky enough to see a chase variant, even though my son and I have checked many different times. My son has glow in the dark fright rider, glow in the dark sonic boom, glow in the dark cynder, blue bash, red drill sergeant, gold flameslinger, and green gill grunt. Those, however, were all fairly cheap and, in my honest opinion, not particularly appealing to the eye. This Halloween Fright Rider figure is by far the coolest non-in-game variant in my son's collection. It truly is a beautiful figure. The pictures do not do it justice. The coloring is most definitely more orange than gold (maybe the flash washes out the color a little). A shiny orange is the best way to describe it. Very impressed with this figure. I did have a question for all of you experts out there. Does a figure gain any value by not being exactly like all of the others in terms of form? One of the fright riders that was delivered looks different. The feet of the ostrich are crossed, fright rider is hanging a little more off to the side, and fright rider's spear is pointing up instead of down. I once saw a legendary lightcore chill that was a little off in form, as well, and wasn't sure if they were collectible or not.

Hope I wrote my address correctly when I won mine. I'll have to see if my nephew got his.

Got both of ours in the mail today!!!!!! The figure looked gold in the photos posted and the ones I took as well which dose not do the metalic orange paint the justice it deserves. Really a cool paint job and probably the best looking chase variant I have seen, which is why I am glad I decided to go after it. So now we have one for our collection and one to trade later and things are looking up in our Skylands!!!

In the future I would recommend you, and anyone else for that matter, mail in for the codes. Spend $10 - $15 in stamps (what you would've spent for a 'normal' figure anyway).

You'll avoid a household of chips you probably didn't want. And when the code doesn't work you won't be nearly as depressed.

The gold looks soooooool much better than the orange which looked like a 4 year old photoshopped it.

Well I received two of the three I won so far.... not sure why the third one didn't show up with the others.... if it doesn't arrive tomorrow i'll have to call Frito Lay and see what that's all about!! lol

Yes, they are sent by USPS. They are sent individually in small boxes that the card of the fright rider package fits in perfectly. They are sent from Young America, MN.

Oh my, he's gorgeous! The only time I saw bags was at TRU and I thought the promo was over! Maybe eBay will be nice to me...

I'm in the Princeton, NJ area and I haven't gotten mine. I think jstewie is a little farther up north from my area.

Got mine today - Southern Illinois. Looks amazing in person.

The prices of these on eBay are...surprisingly fair. Got one for $45. Given I would've bought 7 bags to try and win one, that works out.

Got mine today, upstate NY. Great figure! Even with all the crap that Frito-Lay puts us through sometimes they usually do deliver in the end.

I was just told a box arrived for me. Now I can take a deep breath. I was a little worried because I was so tired when I played late at night and won.

One of my three arrived today, and the CSR told me when I called that the other two shipped out today. So they should be here sometime next week, so excited!!. I love Rider's paint job, the orange/gold paint is nifty, and Fright looks awesome painted black.

OK. I feel better to hear they haven't all shipped yet. I'll refrain from annoying customer service just a few more days... Hehe.

Okay, so I've noticed that the Fright Riders in everyone else's posts seems all one color. Mine, on the other hand, has a brighter orange head and reins, and a bronze body:

Finaly got mine today...well yesterday..lol its 1:37 AM right now...
Anyways both of them where in my mail box when i got home from work(1 for me an 1 for my brother) and now being able to look at him better...i know how he was painted. Theres a a Silver paint called Chrome Silver, its metal flake is finer....after it was painted with the Chrome Silver it was then sprayed with a Clear Orange. Thats why yours show different hues Torchiest...the Clear Orange is thicker in spots...mines the same way. Still looks way cool.


And sorry everybody...the devil made me do it...i just had to take a pic.... hee hee

And i have since painted the ostrich skeleton tongue red. ....sorry i eee... just had to. I also might GITD there eyes.

I haven't had a chance to test mine out, but how does this Fright Rider display in game on Giants and Swap Force. I know he's not an in-game variant, but does he display as a special tag when you put him on the portal? Or possibly as a rare tag with Swap Force?
