I dont know which one to get *_* Which one is better?

I dont know...that's a hard decision.

Free Ranger is better over all but Rattle Shake is more fun

Rattle shake is more unique to me. His snake gun has a lot of potential when spring loaded and the deputy snake turret cant get killed by enemies so you can set up some nice strategies. Free ranger is quite strong on the melee but plays similarly to most of the other melee characters. His thunder powers are fun but are rather lack luster.

Free Ranger. Although if summonable weapons are your thing, Rattle Drilla is pretty sick with is summoned deputy snake turret and the two turrets from Drilla's bottom...Three turrets is all kinds of B.A.

Get Free Ranger because he is the only Spin out.

And Fire Kraken is a better bounce than Rattle Shake.

The only thing strong about him is his (1st attack) charge thing

It depends on whomelse you already have or plan on getting. Blunt truth, 'Shake' is HORRIBLE. It's not fun, its not very useful - either path. On the flip - Rattle is one of the 'safest' tops with Deputy snake. He won't out damage Blast or anything, but its good damage and safe damage. On the flip side - Free is one of the best melee swaps, and while his electric attack isn't great, its perfect for annoying guys...you can zap a 'mage' and keep killing everything else while the mage is stunned. His bottom isn't high damage, but for a bottom, its actually pretty good damage. Not only that, its one of only a handful of attacks that breaks armor, so you can go into an area with multiple shield guys, start spinning and stop once their shields are all down. It can function as a long range attack as well if you go the tornado route.

So if you aren't getting alot of Swaps, Free Ranger is the way to go. IF you ARE then consider Rattle as he's a great long term character to have.

because fire kraken is fun with the fireworks and just overall a better character

Because Fire Kraken is a bit more 'active'. At least for me.

No matter the bottom, typical play with Rattle revolves around throwing a deputy, and then shooting the heck out of whatever it's attacking. Charging seems like a waste of time from a damage stand-point, so his play is real monotonous.

As for Fire Kraken, he's running around hitting things with mell, then switching to the parade thing for protection and some long range attacks...he's just sort of 'everywhere', and different bottoms can really affect his playstyle...for instance, if I run him with Shift, I teleport->Dragon all day long., but if I run with Drilla, I drop turrets and then melee everything.
