i really want stink bomb so i was thinking when is wave 3 coming out ??

Sometime between November and January.

I read somewhere that it was november 13

November 15th.

The better question is, when does Wave 2 come out? I'm still waiting for the four new SWAP Force (especially Boom Jet) and Big Bang Trigger Happy yo. And I don't want to pay absurd eBay prices for figures that aren't Sprocket and will be available easily to me in the future.

My Gamestop in Austin had all of Wave 2 in stock over the last week. I was missing Fire Kraken and Boom Jet and they at least 2-4 of each along with all other Wave 2 figures.

I would recommend calling around to your local Gamestops to find out if they have received their shipments yet.

ebgames is the same as gamestop if im not mistaking. i looked and there is only 4 that i can see from the map and they are on the east coast in syndey. which i dont know how far you are from there.

I've seen nothing definitive to say this. A few websites say kinda, sorta, maybe it will possibly be out then. We don't even know if they are depending on each other for that estimate. Right now, the only known dates are for the new legendaries in the TRU Big Book, and both of those were Wave 1/2 figures in their normal form.

The only thing we know for certain is right now Amazon France has wave 3 listed as coming out on Nov. 13. Whether or not that is a certain date, and if it is, does it mean that they will see a simultaneous release in the U.S., we don't know. I recommend everyone keep an eye out in the next few weeks, but try not to get your hopes up too much.

Agree with Defpally and Derek above. While November 15th is a reasonable date to prognosticate for Wave 3's release in stores, we really don't have anything to substantiate that right now. It's a good guess, but it's still very possible that the release will occur either before or after that date. Seems like it would make more sense to release those figures on Black Friday or in December, because, as of today, 11/6/13, Wave 2 figures still aren't even in full circulation at all retailers in all parts of the USA yet.

I think you guys should play with the wave 2 that you have.

Other places don't even have wave 2.

I just want to drop my 2 cents (as almost worthless now a days that they are) I ran the idea of a 15th release by a number of store employees at Target, Game Stop and best buy.

Game Stop ppl I know the best and a few are skylander players as well and they say NO info has been released and also no way to pre-order. Normally if there is any info; they will say what it is, I cant say, Try back in a week or so, or look for the email, ect...

Every last one has been very leery to believe it but as one pointed out to me tonight he would rather work black Friday night then to work new system release days. So they could be coming but I for one wont be braving the stores that day.

amazon.fr shows wave 3 figures to be released on dec 3rd now. If we were basing a us release of wave 3 on that early date of 11/15 then I doubt we'll see anything this week. Black friday ads should show wave 3 if it was coming then and that would be the most realistic bet for an early TRU release. I'd be ok with delaying the release until January to keep interest in the game. I think if they release wave3 before the end of the year no one will care about swap force next year.

This is just speculation on my part. In no way am I claiming any of this to be solid info but the recent releases of L-Zoo Lou, L-Night Shift and the upcoming Dinorang re-release all coincided with Disney Infinity releases.

11/3 - L-Zoo Lou, Race to Space Pack, Scrooge McDuck #1 Power Disc
11/10 - L-Night Shift, Captain Hook's Ship Power Disc
11/17 - Dinorang Re-release, Tron Sky Power Disc

There are a number of DI figures being released after the 17th but they're all store exclusives (Target, Best Buy, Walmart). The next non-store exclusive DI release is on 11/26 which will see the release of the Series 2 discs, a series 2 disc album as well as the Frozen Toy Box Pack. This is just as good a guess as any but November 26th might be another date to watch for.

I am assuming if wave 3 was coming out either before, or on Black Friday we would have seen something in the store ads already. I don't think there is any way the stores wouldn't be advertising that stuff like crazy if they were going to have it.

What appears in ads isn't always true. Thumpback was in a Target ad for last Christmas, and he wasn't out until January.

So, kinda like TRU Wave 2 situation--get there before everyone else if you want 'em ... or wait 2-3 weeks later until other folks get it. So I'll just say 2014 for general availability.

Very interesting that Boomcast was talking about Spy Rise today. Given the announcement of slow Swap Force sales, I think it's reasonable to think that Wave 3 was originally expected to be shipped around this time, but is being delayed due to stock overages. Just an interesting neat thought, with no basis of reality---which is right in line with posters here.
