The glitch will not happen with swap force (Special delete game glitch) as you can't register a regular and s Special (they count as the same this time) if you register a regular then try and register its special you have to delete the data for the regular of the card first (the game can till its a special as it shows it) but treats it the same as a double. So you can only have 1 or the other.

I second this... in fact it's one of the things I put in that thread entitled "Swap Force 3DS" there's alot of things in there about the 3DS version.
