ok as my previous topic about corrupted figures i bought newly fire kraken and when i got home played it ......it freaking happend again is keeps sayng the toy corrupted i mean i just bought it D:> why does my portal do this with rattle shake and fire kraken not sure if activision made the portal normal or made it hate me -n-

any help out there or anyone experienced this before......

Still, I have never seen one corrupted figure myself, and I've used my Skylanders on three different Swap Force portals.

It's not odd. I've seen at least half a dozen "my portal ... corrupt figures" threads between SSA and SG...and maybe one or two in SF. However, I will say a call in Activision is in order. Take your sedate pills before you do that and come back and tell us what they do.

Where is your portal? Because it has to be as far as possible of any device. Be sure that nothing with metal component is close to it and try to completely unfold your wire. It may sound crazy but it worked for some people...

1st step...relax...Skylanders is just a toy. There are a thousand other things you can/should/may be mad about before worrying about toys. Sorry to be brutally honest, but your rant comes off as very childish.

2nd step...analyze the possible causes of the problem. Either a bad portal or bad chips in Fire Kraken and Rattle Shake. Try using the 2 figures in question on a friend's portal or perhaps on a store display if you can't test it out elsewhere. If it's not the figures, then I'd suggest going to the store and exchanging out for a new portal (or entire starter pack as they'll probably expect you to swap out the whole set you bought).

Our RattleCharge said it was corrupted, so we traded out the character on the portal to Blast Nitro Charge. After we finished the level, Rattle Charge was fine but Blast Nitro Charge lost several levels of XP, a lot of money, and most of his upgrades. Both characters have worked fine since then. The only thing we can think of that might have contributed was removing/replacing both characters at the same time and confusing the portal. We have been more careful about that and had no more issues.

If you swap Blast zone and Nitro Magne Charge you will get
Blast charge and Nitro Magne zone

"Blast Nitro Charge" tells us exactly what he was using, which is important when talking about glitches.
