Floating Treasure Island [CLOSED]

Hi Guys I have seen in Woodborrow to the right (as you look at it) of the Tower of Time there is a floating island with treasure on it.
Any idea's how to get on that island?

I wonder if setting the console time zone differently will trick it into letting you get to rainbow island?
