BAD example: that pairing sucks, why would anyone ship them?

haha, I like mainstream, but my favorite pairing is an odd one.

Its Kinda funny. My hubby likes flameslinger and I like stealth elf. They are always paired together!

As I said on the other one, mine are in my guestbook.

as I said in the otther one i just can't stand X ...... I mean why? cause they are the same spiecies and look equal to each otther? *sigh*

actually, no. I have way more reasons to ship and . plus. almost NOTHING in skylanders is cannon. so I can pair who I want and you don't have to do anything about it until we actually see if they have any official pairings at all.

That makes a lot more sense and seems a lot less problematic for a kids' game. Don't see why anyone would think it's a problem.

Genderless being problematic for a kids game? I think Pokemon and Magnimite (along with like, 20 other genderless pokemon and a majority of legendaries) would like to have a word with you.

On another note: I don't really like pairing Flameslinger and Stealth Elf together, as I like to think of them as Siblings, considering how vague Stealth Elf's backstory is. That and Spyro and Cynder were meant to be, seeing as how Legends was going to go with it... At least I think... I really need to go back and play those games...

I forgot to include Roller Brawl x Punk Shock in my first list. :) Also a sort of one-sided Cynder x Whirlwind and Flashwing x Cynder (but Whirlwind is with Ghoast Roaster, so it doesn't work out, and by the time Flashwing arrives, Cynder is already with Sparx).

You see... this is why we can't have nice things. All these people judging and sheltering. Why can't we just state opinions and get along?

Or just ship and let ship, I say! :) I may not be a fan of Flameslinger x Stealth Elf myself, but I certainly don't begrudge or harass anyone who likes it and I'd do an art trade or commission of it so long as the other person was willing to work with my ship preferences. It seems only fair to give the same respect to any other shippers, regardless. Things that should definitely never come up around a kids' video game are religion and politics, though. That's just silly and it leads nowhere decent in conversation anyway.
