well the game is awesome and everything but what makes me mad now some of the skylanders don't have their soul gem gears like bash he dosent have his triceretops armor or jet vacs air suite i mean what happen now plus the hats a re waaaaaaaay too big now >:c

Yeah, none of the new S2 nor S3 Skylanders don't have soul gem trailers in the game.

Are they wearing hats? If you take off the hats they will have the gear. I went and checked it out after I read your post and that is how mine works. I only tested Bash and Jet Vac since you mentioned them, but it might be true of others as well. I agree about some of the hats being too large.

Does this mean that they dont have their Soulgem upgrades??

They do have their S3/S2 upgrades, just not soul gem previews.
