Riptide figure anyone? [CLOSED]

Apparently none of the Ebgames 'Super Bundles' had him inside. Anyone actually get him? Not even the triple pack shown in box is accurate. Epic fail!

It was discussed in another thread, he is show on ebgames.ca and is pictured on the super bundle box. My buddy had the store open all of the super bundles across all consoles, and not once did the contents match the picture on the box!

Costco had him in there pack. It was the Spyro/Chill/Zoo Lou pack and Riptide for $89.99.

I've got my serious doubts, did you actually see the contents inside the box? I'm sure they got the same bundles EB got...which are not accurate contents compared to packaging. I'm gonna go to costco tomorrow, but I'm worried. If the box is open I don't think stores will take it back, or they may just say contents were switched. Only solution is to ask to open it in store but I doubt they'd allow it. Seeing as how no Riptides are in eBay or surfaced on here I'm betting the entire thing is a very bad box design or last minute change. smilie

You know guys, really. Riptide isn't out yet. You are repeating second/third/etc. hand information. If you have proof otherwise then please post a pic. Costco did not have an exclusive. They were not shipped a special figure NO OTHER STORE received. This reminds me of all the Thumpback speculation last year.

Well, apparently Rip Tide is out in other regions since MegaDozer posted an image. Wouldn't be the first time they mixed it up but it is very strange. Probably Canada since it is only out in NA so far.

I'm pretty sure Canada has Trigger Happy, Normal Star Strike, and Riptide Wave 1.

Again on my cell, but this is not speculation!! Go to www.ebgames.ca, not .com and search for super bundle. You can see a picture, I've got one in my trunk and it shows Riptide on it!! I'm not taking a picture because it's on the website too! You people have some serious trust issues or something, this isn't a rumor or whatever...Riptide is shown on the box and to me that means he should be in the box.

MegaDozer proved it to me...just odd we would only hear about it this late. Nice! Maybe they will flip it around in Wave 2 for some of these guys.

Nothing to do with trust. It's just trust and verify smilie Especially since there hasn't been one word spoken about mixing it up.

Did he get Riptide and Trigger Happy in the Super Bundle? If so it's basically a pure luck thing which you get, that's a $100 gamble!

Just to clarify why it's a gamble...I bought the battle pack, adventure pack and triple that isn't shown on super bundle. Not only is it not riptide in the box (for all of the ones opened at one store) but I could get a something I already have for the supposed triple which is suppose to have spyro, chill and zou Lou. Most bundles have that battle pack from what was opened.

Was the other item the triple with chill, spyro and zou Lou? That's really annoying that EB version doesn't match TRU. My buddy got a KO Terrafin instead of Riptide!

Care to share links for those auctions? I just looked and didn't seem to fund 'em. I'm guessing all these random figures are in the super bundles. As I said, single Terrafin was obtained by a buddy of mine in it.

I don't think it was Canada exclusive. And yes, that was the triple pack that came with it. And really? I'd be pretty upset.
