My son's birthday party is next Sunday and Swap Force is high on his list. As a result, I was waiting in line with about 30 other people. They had all the figures stacked in rows on the electronics desk.

I skipped the characters and variants that come with the 3DS starter pack and the Dark Edition pack that we have reserved. So the only thing that he will be missing are the Adventure and Battle packs.
The non-legendary Lightcores were gone very quickly (Smolderdash was the first gone) and the employees said they did not get very many of them. Magna Charge also seemed to be in relatively short supply.
