Not sure if anyone has already said this, but i got a confirmation from my walmart today that they will start selling Swap Force at 12.a.m. They said if the shelves were not stocked when i got there to ask and they will pull it from the back for me. Now if i only knew if they were going to be having a sell or not...

^My dad did the EXACT same thing last year. He went at around midnight to Walmart, and they didn't have it out yet. So he asked an employee to get it out for him, and he did. And for that, I was probably the first one in my city to own Skylanders Giants.

Madara, I don't think Wal-Mart is having any sales/promotions for Skylanders this week. I can't guarantee that, but I'm thinking that if an advertised Wal-Mart sale was going to happen, we would have caught wind of it by now.

Wal-Mart is going to have Enchanted Hoot Loop though. And although their website doesn't list the Magic 3-pack shipping until November 1st, the scanned advertisement for this week online had a picture of it, and a call to my local store resulted in them telling me that "both exclusive packs will be available tonight with the game." The weekend people are notorious for not being well-informed (I stood in line for an Animal Crossing 3DS the stores didn't even get once) but I'll be there after Toys 'R Us just in case it's true.

I think Wal Mart's time will be on Black Friday.

I would definately call ahead. Walmart isnt mainstream toys and gaming. So their employees usually have no clue whats going on. Of course i went in gamestop the other day and was having to tell the employee there stuff about skylanders that they were wrong about. Like i said call first, it might vary from store to store even with the 24 hour walmarts.

No actually not all do stay open till midnight.

I checked online and it said the specific Walmart I'm going to is open 24 hours. Still can't wait to see it burn in my face and them telling me they're not releasing at midnight, or that its not even open. Either way my sisters gonna end up grumpy so I'm glad. (;

I suggest you call your local walmart to see if its staying open or if its 24hrs. Just to make sure took me 6 months to realize one of the walmarts near me was 24 hrs. Lol

was at mine at midnight nowhere in sight were any lightcores or enchanted hoot loops

My Walmart had EVERYTHING.

I went at 10 waited to midnight and got enchanted hoot loop
Magna charge , light core grim creeper ,light core star strike , count down ,rollar brawl, zoo Lou,and slobber tooth now just gota wait till 9 when game stop opens to get the wii u and 3ds starter packs and the level and battle pack happy dances

Had to help the employee dig through the boxes that were out on the floor but I was able to get an Enchanted Hoot Loop on my way home from a friend's house. Now the eager sleep until I can pick everything up at Target tomorrow!

Nothing related to Swap Force was at my Walmart. Only Spyro's Adventure and Giants characters.

got to my walmart and the guy let me and two other people go through the boxes as they hadn't put them on the shelf yet so I got the following:

zoo lou
roller brawl
slobber tooth
count down
rattle shake
hoot loop
enchanted hoot loop
and magna charge

Did TRU. Got 2 Legendaries, LC Smolderdash and LC Star Strike.

Went to Walmart, they didn't know much, guy actually said "I play Adult games, not this kid stuff" while surrounded by a bunch of adults. So, no luck on Enchanted at all. They had some other characters, but 0 Light cores.

Target in the morning. Dark Edition at Gamestop afterwards.

Nearly 6 a.m. Walmart was not stocked with swap force wouldn't bother in my town. I'm so glad the kids are not with me. also thankful for pre-order

I was going to ask, but the guy in electronics had this **** eating grin on his face, like he wanted to provide some insult. Once again, thank you pre-order. I just pray TRU is in a good mood, but I have pre-order there as well.

don't have a Walmart near me so I ordered online for Enchanted Hoot Loop - supposed to come next week - BOOM!

I've been to two Walmart in my area (Central Florida) and neither had stock out. I figure I'll go back after my TRU visit and they may have them out.

Went to a Walmart after midnight at TRU and there wasn't any Swap Force out. There wasn't even a section set aside for it. The lady working had no idea about the release. I went home to get some sleep and went to another Walmart at 7am. Plenty of everything with lots of Enchanted Hoot Loop figures.

Could be worse, we had out vendor tell the crew that everything not SF had to go off mod (not listed on a shelf, gets clearanced). Looked at the mod later that night...nope. Ended up putting half of the 'no mods' out.

Don't forget btw if you reserved and have a card to bring your receipt.

My walmart was a nightmare no employees around clueless about anything when I did find them I had to go in the back and dig through a pallet to get what I wanted. While they were very I mean very nice to let me basically cherry pick what I wanted I wished they were just out on the pegs

I went to 2 Walmarts this morning...one had no Swapforce stuff out at all and the other had all of the launch stuff, but no enchanted Hoot Loops. I asked one employee but he didn't know anything.

Our wallyworld had everything...picked up enchanted hoot loop and went back bc we missed some.here we go again!!

I went to three 24 hour Walmarts none had them out. One had giants in the big boxes to be discounted. The second had an empty spot with no giants or SF. The third was set up for SF but had giants on the SF hooks. When I gave them the Walmart number off the website (5517495858) nothing showed up. She said that "all our new releases come out Tuesday" to which I replied then why is there 2 SF game boxes for the 3ds on the bottom shelf? I got no reply on that one. She then told me that the skylander stuff is vendor controlled and stocked by the vendor. She said that she saw the vendor earlier and maybe he was setting it up. I was thinking of asking her to check in back to see if he was still there but the blank look on her face told me I shouldn't waste my time asking her if he was still around. At this point I used to go to them for skylanders but after my great experience @TRU today I would be more inclined to pay the little more and go to them. Every single employee was equipped for SF and was well stocked in 2 different locations. They even answered all the little questions that the five sets of grandparents there buying for their grandchildren. Bottom line I will just wait for my preorder to get sent to me. We have plenty of figures to play SF with missing EHL for a few more days won't kill us.
