Don't go based on the guide if you're trying to determine what variants there will be. It's a very incomplete guide. Heck, when it shows the Legendaries for Giants, it doesn't even show Legendary Stealth Elf. That's how incomplete it is.

Actually, they already have two enchanted characters.
But if Stink Bomb or Trap Shadow get variants, the other might get one.

That would be cool I love the idea of the 'enchanted' varients and the colour-changing idea and I dont really like the nitro colour scheme but the name makes everyone sound epic- cmon Nitro

Someone on the Skylanders section of Reddit posted pics of the Swap Force shipment in the back of his store. I have no idea where it was taken, but the street date says Oct 14th on it. Anyone know why this might be? Any chance for Wave 2 so quickly?

That's good, because my local Best Buy that knows me, is going to price match TRU, however, they're going to honor their prices. So -

People might want to flock to Target and get those preorder cards.

It's the ONLY WAY to get the UFO Hat in Skylanders. The description for the UFO Hat, in the guide, says that placing the UFO "Magical Item" unlocks the UFO Hat. So, those cards from Target are - in essence - a Magical Item, thus part of the collection.

^ I was at Target yesterday and they had already pulled all the cards.

I got one, but I'm picking up the game at TRU. got it just for the chip inside. Has anyone ripped open the card to see what's inside???

That pretty much destroys the chip if you do that.

Fire Kraken path

I just picked one up for my neighbor across the street, after the guide basically treated it like a Magical Item, and said it's the only way to get the UFO Hat.

They had just put them in the back.
