You can discuss anything skylander related stuff according to the current element

Ok so starting with Water - Why is it that both of the Swapper of this element look like they have great upper half attacks, but the lower half on both look boring or useless?
As for the new core water - Both look like they will be fun to play as especially Rip Tide as Punk Shock appears to be a amalgamation of both Gill Grunt and Zap.(it still looks like it will be fun)

same goes for wash buckler for this game, i dont see many people talking about him
Water has some good skylanders like Grill Grunt, Zap, Chill and plenty more, but nobody talks about the poor guys....

Go Freeze blade!

There's few water skylanders I dislike, primarily Zap. Though the appearances tend to all blur together with the use of so much blue, with the exception of Wham shell. Wash Buckler looks like a blast with the tentacle attack and the ink attack on his lower half matched with a cutlass an a pistol on his top. Freeze blade having some ice chakrams is freakin sweet but I can't say I've seen anything definitive of his lower half except for the movement type matching magna charge. The only complaint I have with water is the lack of deviation in the color scheme. I understand they're water elements, but there is too much blue throughout all the figures. Give me a green sea serpent, give me a red lobster, give me a purple octopus, give me an orange clown fish! But enough of making all the characters blue!

Know why water is awesome? Freeze Blade. 'nuff said.

well i dont see many people talk about freeze blade, i sometimes think people forget he excists!

the ones that ARE a freeze blade fan are realy the good and real deals!

i like freeze blade, but no offence but his attacks have a "bare taste"
tho i like his powers i dont realy know whats so original about them, his looks are not the best either

Wash looks super fun and I'm really digging the Pirate Octopus thing.

Freeze Blade not really feeling it. A fuzzy dude with ice skates and a unitard...really???

Light Core Wham-Shell, Hellz yeah.

Water... water.... Punk Shock: No idea why people dislike her, I like her more than Riptide, and in appearance she looks more of an aquatic reptile than a fish. Riptide: he's cool, i like the whale, and the hammerhead, but the swordfish seems like a rip off from Voodood Wash Buckler: he's cool love his ink attacks, bubble gun and cutlass are well balanced attacks Freeze Blade: awesome, like his backstory, I think its amusing tht they have a water elemented cat, and by the way if you haven't noticed prextail said the first element was fire

Prism Break is probably my FAVORITE Skylander!!! Awesome looks, awesome moves...even turns defeated enemies into crystals (with soul gem)

Prism Break is really amazing.

Prism Break looks great in red, Doom Stone seems really fun and Slobber Tooth's attacks look quite boring.

i dont like either....... but 's s3 form is pretty neat!

Both Earth Swappers look really fun actually!

Doom Stone is awesome. Fire Stone is going to be sick. Slobber is a day 1 purchase for me. Rubble looks cool too. Skorp is a no brainer. Overall Earth is pretty sick.

So Im not so happy how earth is going this year.

Crusher was the best earth for us. Prism break is awful, his attacks are too random and seem more like luck than skill. Terrafin is a cracker too. Looking forward to all the new earth landers as who knows if you're going to like it, till you play with it.

Slobber Tooth is really underrated, IMO. I don't know- it's hard to sum up, but basically, why do people hate him? Yes, he's similar to Bash, but Punk Shock is just as similar to Rip Tide and I don't see very much hate for her. I'm really looking forward to using his AoE ground pound attack and attacking enemies with the chomp. His horn charge also seems interesting. Ironically, I'm not interested in him swallowing enemies at all. Still, an Earth character I'm really anticipating? That's a first.

Prism Break: He's one of the only Earth characters that can use real strategy. Really. You can spam crystals, but still, it's less "blatant" than many of Earth's other attacks because you do need to aim them, which can be difficult.

I'm avoiding gameplay spoilers for Doom Stone but he seems more interesting than the other Earths. Same with Rubble Rouser.

I just ordered the rest in the order I least hate them. Earth is so uninteresting I can't even be enthusiastic writing what I hate about it: all the characters have a ridiculously spammable attack(TBC those I haven't played yet, of course), which makes them really really boring, and few of them have room for any real strategy. When you can use strategy with any Earth attack, honestly, it just feels gimmicky. Scorp doesn't seem as broken, but his gameplay just seems really uninteresting and basic like Flashwing.
Terrafin is my least favourite Skylander because he is so untouchable, it's just not interesting. His character is boring, and you can easily just keep hiding underground and barely take any hits. I know that's his gimmick, but it has no downsides to make up for it or anything. Ghost Roaster has the same gimmick and does it in a much more fun way because he has to make sacrifices to use it. With Terrafin, it basically negates the need to strategise for conserving any health.

Yeah not so many cool guys in the wind element (CoughSwarmandJetvacCough)
Although it does include Warnado, Scratch, Sonic Boom, and Whirlwind

The new air corelanders are some of the best skylanders gameplay and desing-wise, especially Scratch.

I don't know why, but with every passing game, I've really kind of liked the greatest number of air characters....I wanted to get Lightning Rod and Whirlwind with the first game (I have Warnado and Sonic Boom -S1- already) then I wanted Swarm and Jet-Vac badly, and got a second chance for the other two, (I got S2 Whirlwind, I could never find LR though....) and now Im really looking forward to both Scratch and Pop Thorn, and most of all Free Ranger.....Boom Jet on the other hand, well, he makes me meh. all over my screen...

Scratch - can't wait to play as
Pop Thorn - 50/50 chance it is good
Free Ranger - looks strong and fun
Boom Jet - looks ok not great though

Air, overall from all three games, there have only been four I don't like so far. They are , , , and . Though, this is just plain old versions, no wow plows, because I love 's S3 wow pow.

tech only have 2 bad people countdown and trigger happy

Spy Rise - looks really fun
Magna Charge - looks boring
Countdown - seems great but some of its attacks are just copied from other skylanders
Wind-Up - looks ugly but seems to have great attacks
Trigger Happy - Springtime variant looks like a hippy (but it's still nice)
Sprocket - doesn't seem much different from its first one

I just happen to love all of the tech characters there are excluding and
But trigger happy and are just fantastic and will be a must have for me.

and are my favorite tech elements I never really fell in love with the others

tech for me is my LEAST fave! why?:

trigger happy is NOT one of my faves, nice bullets and all but so normal in my eyes....his s2 wow pow was worse and his s3 doesnt look that nice too

sprocket: ugh, i find her attacks weak, and hard to use...her design isnt that great too

boomer: i HATE boomer! o m gully gulp i am so happy i have traded this guy, his design isnt great at all, his "bomb"are realy annyoing and DAT VOICE!

Windup and countdown: too simmilar to each otther...both have a boring style of playing and both have aka same design, the only thing i loved about countdown was his exploding head, and the oly thing i loved about wind up where is derpy eyes.....

bouncer: ok lol bullets, but he's a mix between trigger happy, drill sergeant and some more, realy unoriginal robot in my opinion

drill sergeant: another robot, yeah!? c'mon, cant we get another four legged thing like Drobot!?

so left is drobot, the only tech skylander i exculy like, his lasers are neat, i love his voice and DESE GEARS! my gully these gears are amazing, i like that he has a hover mode, and a fly mode, and these lasers can be quadrapled! wow!

still tech is my least fave: too much robots!

i love all the tech including sprocket because slam bam can't freeze her tank
however countdown isn't that awsome but still im gonna get em all

Tech is the best element. 'Nuf said.
