It was effective.

Besides, most forums ban 4chan links - for obvious reasons. One being that it's an 18+ website and this website isn't.

Not that it matters - if you want to post an image that's been hosted on 4chan, just copy/paste the URL to imgur; it'll be a couple months before it 404's on imgur, as opposed to a couple of minutes before it 404's on 4chan.
