Will they get rid of the wii for a starter pack? just wondering

They said Wii is the hottest selling version, so I guess they'll see what WiiU does, but initially when they started creating Swap Force back in 2011, they weren't going to even put it out for Wii, but then when SSA hit, it was so big, they changed their mind! Skylanders 4 probably, Skylanders 5 (not sure)

Cause i only have a wii so if they get rid of the starter packs for wii then i'm done for

(Except 3ds version but I dont like the mobile versions)

This 3DS version looks like the best yet, but yeah, as a Wii and 3DS owner, I hope it continues on to Wii for a bit.
A bit annoyed that the Wii couldn't handle the full game though...

I read that the wii version got fixed in a way.
It will load 1 half of the level until it needs to load the second half

So when your half way through the level it has too load to get to the other half of the level?

The Wii version couldn't handle some of the newer components they introduced in SSF so they cut them out. They said that gameplay wouldn't change and that what they ended up cutting out won't affect the storyline or be completely game altering.

Hopefully what they removed was some lame mini-game thing similar to flying on the dragon in the Dragon's Peak bonus level in SSA and Giants. If that's the case maybe the Wii version will be perfectly good. I'm not a fan of those types of sequences. It's like: I spent 3 hours doing heroics and buying abilities to make a character useful, then spend 50% of my time riding a friggin dragon and dodging rocks by pushing left, right, up or down. yay....

Yeah they can get ride of those small sequences, but what if they get rid of some Swap Force Zones? :S

if they did got rid of some "needed"things in wii i would rage

but for me the "less"HD isnt a problem for me, i play with one eye"litterly"

my second eye has some canser there, so i only see with one eye

it will never get better, i have learned to play games with one eye
and it works fine for me

Yup. I can't see them continuing on the wii after SSF...it's way outdated and probably won't be able to handle whatever new things Skylanders 4 will have...

I think Game 4 will be the last one for the Wii, then I'll have to move to the 3DS version.

If they stop for wii, i'll do wii u so i can use the old games, still.

I don't use the Wii much anyways. I use the Xbox 360.

The Wii will be long dead before 'Landers 4 releases. I really don't think we will see a wii version for the next game. People will have to move on sometime.

I dropped my Wii 3 years ago.
I just needed a xbox360 since it got all of the awesome game titles.
