Why do you think they call him "nitro"? He will perform faster in the game.

I think what he said was true....there will be in-game opportunities that make him the fastest skylander (that other skylanders can't reach the same speed level). That's what I've been told.
The "Nitro" edition of skylanders is the same information I have as well. Not sure which other skylanders will get "Nitro" treatment, however, but it's safe to say all of the Nitro editions will have the ability to get more speed than other non-nitro skylanders.
