The thing is, the pic wasn't supposed to be reposted, the person who gave it to Matteo would easily get in trouble for it, he said it himself when he posted the pic.

You guys forget that there are users outside the forums who browse these topics. If there is an image posted on here, these anonymous users will repost that image elsewhere on public websites like Facebook, or put it on a youtube video.

So, how could skylanderkids have known this wasn't supposed to be posted? The image was also posted on the SkylandersGame page. The user who posted the image on their Facebook page is to blame, though I think Matteomax shouldn't have posted the image at all.

I just noticed that few of the forum members here had also posted the image on youtube, so now it's widespread.

I'll probably get it with Rattle Shake, though. RS seems rarer, and I want to snag Nitro. Free Ranger seems cool, but rare > good.

This situation is really weird ....

If someone legitimately posted an image to someone's Facebook page, then why is it a problem to re-post the image here?

If someone posted the image originally to Facebook WITHOUT the permission of whomever snapped the photo, THEN I can understand there being a problem.
