Seriously, anyone else seeing a resemblance? Personally I think that makes her even cooler.
EDIT: Also, just now realized her name is spelled without a "u". Who knew?

I think Smolderdash looks a lot more like a flamekin than a balrog. Flamekins have more human-like qualities while balrogs appear very demonic looking.

Glad I wasn't the only one who saw that. And yes Balrogs have more demonic qualities such as horns and thicker arms and legs.

Anyway, it's just the whole flaming motif and the fire-whip that made me think of Balrogs.

The LightCore effect is harder to get to work correctly than most assume.
