It seems really hard to have a Skylanders collection without ending up with more than one of a character, if not more. Personally, I wound up with FOUR Igniters somehow, without even trying to. I got him in a starter pack, as a loose legendary vesion on an eBay auction, in a Series 2 triple pack, and in a Series 1 triple pack. Looking back on it, I should have just opted not to buy that legendary Igniter. At the time I got him I didn't realize I would end up with two more from triple packs! :-)

EDIT: Let's make this not include Stealth Elf since I know most people have a lot of her!

Lol, I don't have a single repeat of any character. Not even a Series 2 or LC of a character I own a S1 of.
But then, I had my collect-'em-all instinct drained by overexposure to Pokemon, so I guess I'm not the perfect example...

I only got 2 of some. Series1 and Series2. I havent got S2 of servel charackters because I am waiting for their S3 versions. A good example is Stealth Elf and Eruptor.

It's funny because I don't have any Stealth Elf! My first one will be in Swap Force's starter pack... I have three Cynders and three Bash's when it comes to more than one/double of the other figures though. I'll probably have a fourth Cynder once her S3 comes out.

I had a s1 stealth elf but I sold her since I'm getting a cooler one in the dark starter pack

The most I have of the same one though... it would be a tie with cynder and jet vac since I bought the Royal Double Trouble starter pack and the giants starter pack :c

3-way tie at 3 figures each Stealth Elf, Chop Chop, and Drobot

- S1, S2, Legendary
- S1, S2, Legendary
- S1, S2, Lightcore

Once I get LC Hex, She'll be added to that tie as well as I also have her S1 and S2

2 way tie for me

Spyro-S1, S2, Dark, and Legendary
Eruptor-S1, S2, LC, and Flocked

Mine will be bash.. I have the blue legendary s1 and a few s2 for customs

Camo-S1,S1
Shroomboom-S1,LC

I only have one stealth elf!
Also, the only Double I have is Jet-vac and Lightcore Jet-vac.

I will end up with some more doubles when the Swap Force Starter pack arrives though. Not too bothered, but may just sell the LC Hex depending on how cool she looks.

Mine are tied
Whirlwind (Polar and s2)
Eye brawl (after September 11th because pumpkin)
Double trouble ( accidental order 2 series 1 of him instead of 1)

And technically spyro and stealth elf. ((Got both as s2 and getting the DE pack)

Maybe I was mistaken about the Stealth Elf comment. I had seen a lot of comments from people saying they had way too many of her, but perhaps that was coincidence. I'll edit the title if I can.

Flashwing - Normal and Jade (I also might get the Lightcore version when it's released)

Cynder - S1 and S2 (I prefer her S1 model. I only have her S2 model because it came with the 3DS starter pack)

Ignitor - S1 and S2 (I regret buying his S1 model because his S2 model looks better and I liked his Wow-Pow upgrade. I bought a cheap S2 Ignitor the other day so I now have two versions of him).

Pop Fizz - Punch and Lightcore (I prefer his Lightcore pose but having two Pop Fizzs means I can try both of his upgrade paths).

Spyro - S1 and Dark (I prefer to play as Dark Spyro over normal Spyro).

The Lightcore flashwing comes out day 1

sonic boom s1 X4( one with a uncolored beak, one customized, one boxed, one unboxed)

same goes with dark, but count the customizing off so, basicly i will get 5 more

Sonic Boom for me - S1, S2, S2 GITD x2 one boxed and one open.

Stealth Elf and Ignitor, I have two S1s, one S2, and one Legendary of each. If fully-paid-off-preorders count, though, I technically have a Dark Ninja Stealth Elf as well, though.

i have two preordered for my cousin, but she doesnt want the s3's

I have 3 Whirlwinds- S1, S2, and Polar.

i don't the extras i get when im getting that one i don't have...i just do a chase repaint on my extras

We will have 2 of Spyro once we pick up the dark edition and 2 of Hex since she is coming with the pre-order.
We ended up with 3 igniters at one point as we had an S1, then got another one when we could only find Camo and Warnado in a triple pack with Ignitor. Then when when the only Zook we could find was in a triple pack we got an S2 Ignitor and a second Chill. We kept S2 Ignitor and sold the 2 s1 versions and the extra Chill.
I'm ok with the extra Spyro since its so different. I'm not sure about Hex, at least our current one is an s1 so this one will be a little different.

That's EXACTLY how I got the two extra Igniters. The triple pack was the only good place I could find those other characters.

I have 7 s1 lightning rods and 1 s2 lightning rod. People heard i was collecting so they got me a figure. and well.... yeah..... but one had unpainted "lightning bolts" so that was pretty cool
