Not really. This uses the old molds only. There's almost no paint on him except POSSIBLY his eye. No way to tell until he's released.

Not to mention, since he's Special in the game, they use a different RFID chip.

Yes new molding....the eye ball is orange plastic....not opaque white. And the eye an mouth is most likly a decal like the last one.
And new RFID "Special" chip. smilie And yes he's just a chase varient.

got a funny email saying from on saturday in the afternoon they were looking into my pumpkin eye brawl order from sears. I'm really hoping they are honoring it to be shipped tomorrow otherwise they better give me my money back.

According to people that have analyzed game data (ie hackers), it has to be a regular Eye Brawl--more than likely with the Special moniker shared with the blurple variant.

From what I can tell, the delivery date for preorders WAS Sept. 3, but it got changed to Sept. 11. Some people with the original preorders got their orders cancelled in the interim due to the stores not having a definite date for a while.

So I understand that the current date is the 11th. Now that it's the 4th, did anybody manage to get him? Or does it look like the 11th?

I ordered from sears supposed to be out on 3rd but i haven't got email said that its being shipped, so i guess it will be on the 11 Sept..

I will wait for it to be sold in other stores so I can use my $1 off coupon. Since GS does not honor the Frito Lay coupon, this is my way of protesting.

My GS sells the Giants for $14.99 except for Gnarly Tree Rex, they sell him for $15.99.
Even if they decide to honor the coupon but treat it like GTR, I will pass and wait for the other stores to get him.

The only thing GS is good for is used games, and even that may be a stretch.
