I can't wait till these hit retail!!!

I refuse to buy doubles so a bit annoyed about Pop Fizz, I think he is awesome! But I have Giants Pop Fizz...

Other than that I am thinking I will end up getting most of the SF figures now, looking great.

I wonder what Lightcore Flashwing will look like, I don't have her yet.

all of these listings say pre-order, I would love to have them now, but the price pus shipping is way high, and there is no guarantee that they would come early. Really good find though.

They aren't preorders. He used that just to try and sneak around Activision.

Well, then either he or Activision is stupid, because Activision can still ask eBay to pull the auctions based off his auction description alone. eBay rules require that the seller ship the item within 30 days, even on pre-orders. The guy's auction clearly states that the game doesn't come out until the 13th of October. There's no way he can guarantee shipment within the 30 day time frame if these are pre-orders for the official release. smilie

I emailed him a few days ago about count down. They are in hand. I may or may not have bought him, and he may or may not be marked as shipped...

I think Activision may have given up being idiots by now. No point playing whack-a-mole with ebay etc.
It's not like these little leaks are hurting them!

In fact, this is probably drumming up hype for the game release and as such making the launch bigger.

They are more likely trying to hunt down the source of the leak from the other end which is MUCH more important.
If somebody is friends with the seller I would tell them to watch their back as Activision will come down hard when they find people doing naughty things in the factory etc.

Yes, very probably. Or QA Samples etc.

Activision will take a very dim view of them hitting eBay you can be sure.
