Eh, I dunno. That depends on your attitudes more than anything.

If it's an honest, straight-up, legit question it should be a matter of pride that you don't mind asking her openly like that. That you don't simply keep quiet and wallow in confusion because you're scared of how she might react.
You wouldn't even be wondering this if you didn't think that it was possible that she liked you, right?

Well anyway, it's your choice, but I do think that a little openness and honesty goes a long way. And more importantly, without getting an answer from herself directly there is no way for you to know the truth. You can guess all you want but you can never be sure, so why not just go and ask her?

I swear if this was the "normal" thing to do in modern society, we'd see less divorces and relationship issues.

since i'm going to be an 8th grader in a week and we will be in the same grade i can confirm as someone who is female that this is the way to tell if a person of the female gender likes you

I'm a girl, going into 10th grade. If I like a guy i'm NOT close friends with I'll typically admire from afar. (Not stalk.... smilie) If I like a guy I'm friends with I try to get closer to them, and I basically get depressed when I piss them off or disappoint them. I constantly try to impress them, and I'll try to be funny and show off any good traits. I try to be playful and hit them, and make physical contact. I annoy them, but not to the point they'll get mad or think me too annoying. I hope this helps. Good luck!!!! smilie
