I'll explain the level of detail:
Zoo Lou: Very detailed overall with his fur. Has a few scratches.

Slobber Tooth: Great detail, and his shell gives off a great shine. The best paint job out of the bunch.

Roller Brawl: Extremely detailed (the Undead base has a mark left by her roller blades!), but she has the worst paint job out of the bunch.

That's because it was into the Giants when it was released. You never know if they'll make you since SWAPForce isn't out yet.

Activision would have no legal grounding to require someone to take down photos of something they've purchased.

Now, if Activision was to claim that they're stolen goods, they might have legal recourse there.

Likely, but not confirmed. I flippin need to get my hands on a Zoo Lou. This is my reaction to his moves:
He will summon nature spirits: I guess that's nice.
He can littleraly shoot birds from his mace: Wow, cool!
He can summon a wolf to fight and collect things: OMG! AWESOME!
He can ride a boar...: SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY VV! (Throws wads of cash at screen)...And the boar fires bombs and rams enimes: BWAAAAAAAAAAA (Barfs rainbows)
And you can use all the attacks at the same time: (Dies of happieness)

They would have more legal recourse to go after the eBay seller than us. Technically he would be the victim.

If they could prove they were stolen (snuck out of the factory or such), they could go after whomever is currently in possession of them.

*pats trixster on head* All in a days work my friend, all in a days work. And now Zoo Lou is conpeting with Countdown for the prize of being the best SSF newlander, for SSA it was Ignitor, for Giants it was Pop Fizz, but now it is treekaaaay! Once I see more countdown gameplay, then I decide.

Probably the same reason the Pumpkin Eye-Brawl's where pulled from all those different sites....Activision most likely told them "this is a halloween item that will be released in the month of October, and they can't be pre-ordered yet".....just my thought

The skull glows and its way cool....

Sweet...hopefully all the skulls on the bases are made of the GITD plastic.(because the GITD plastic glows better then the GITD paint)

All of them glow.

If you place Roller Brawl over a flashlight, the skull base looks SWEET.

I got mine as well. However, my Chill does not work with Giants.
