I was looking around willikin village near the start and found something.

A somewhat empty room with an actual ghost willkin that flies around. (Cant talk to her)
Stuff hovers and that is about it. (Forgot if there was a chest there or not)

Now lets take a look at Kaos Castle.
Near the "sewing room " a willikin mentions Kaos sends them there if they do something bad.
(More like murderer room)

Connection much?
Or is the ghost girl just a hidden creepy moment waiting to strike?

In my mind Wilikin are possesed lil demon dolls, dunno if there is a connection between Ghosty Grace (just a nickname) the pointy blades 'o' death (again, another nickname) and the bones of tortourus demise (you get the drill, another nickname)
