Male: Sykes from Oliver and Company
Most male Skylanders
Batman and most male Batman villains
Ratigan from the Great Mouse Detective
Waddle Dee from Kirby
Donkey Kong
Gaston from Beauty and the Beast
Genie from Aladdin
Most male Spongebob characters
Foulfellow from Pinocchio
Mike and Sulley from Monsters Inc.
Wicket from Star Wars
Kirby
Wario from Mario, and more that I can't think of right now.

Female: Sonic Boom from Skylanders
Rita from Oliver and Company
Bambi's mother
Sandy and Mrs. Puff from Spongebob

Spinelli from Recess (don't know what anyone else thinks but I find her to be badass.)

Spyro- Every Spyro game

Malefor- Technically the entire Legend series, but he's only been actually seen in Dawn of the Dragon.

Optimus Prime- Transformers

Hunter- Basically every Spyro game except: the first one, A New Beginning, and The Eternal Night.

Female:
Rose- Dragon Crisis

Uno Uzeme- Fantasista Dolls

Madeline- Fantasista Dolls

Sasara- Fantasista Dolls

Cynder- Entire Legend series

Zoe- A Hero's Tail (I only like her in AHT because shes funny)
