Yeah, and Stealth Elf looks much better. Or maybe the Start Menu of the game features moving models of the characters, but I think those are artwork.

why are they changing the artwork so much

I dunno, but recall the game is still in development.
Also, that Q&A video described Stealth Zones being where you have to sneak through one of Kaos's bases undetected. Sounds like it could be either really fun (Spy Bomb'll probably go great there, or Spy [lower half of unrevealed stealth type) or really frustrating, or both...

On topic: Has anyone heard anything about if S2 Hot dog is real or not? I think not, because four cores from Giants have been confirmed, and I would think the other four S2 would be forgotten from SSA. I'm guessing that Hot Dog is fake, no matter how much I love him, I prefer a S2 Sunburn. Anyone else agree?

S2 Hot Dog is real, fabo, since the promo art a few months ago.

Sorry to disagree, but until we see a figure, it is still considered to be unknown. You never know, it might just be special art.

^ Quite true, but as fabo said, there has already been four core S2 Core characters from Giants confirmed. I would figure they would make the last three characters that have not been revealed for series two be Camo, Sunburn, and Ghost Roaster. That way people would be happy with what they got. Although, Activision might just go the money making route and go for Hot Dog, but we will just have to wait and see.

People keep seeing patterns where none have been confirmed.

True, he has got magnetic powers. But I would have never expected a thing like that. He must be the easiest Skylander to upgrade. Imagine if all the characters could have a specific special power, related to the environment... Eruptor (only him) could go in the lava without damaging himself, Hot Dog could dig in certain places, and find treasures, Wash Buckler could use his ink to paint special surfaces, and unlock secret areas! That would be cool!

I find it more likely only the swappers and possibly newlanders would have those powers.

So... im the only one that thinks they should go over some of the 'landers' designs? grim creeper looks really cool but his face... there are some that fit really well in with the skylanders series, but there are also a variety of designs that look a little too childish-even for skylanders! (points to fire kraken...)
