I do think Blizzard Chill is not a variant, maybe activision name her like that to confirm that she's a Series 2, if they did make like a Dark Blizzard Chill or Scarlet Blizzard Chill then it's a variant, just my opinion.

One imagines they've given S3 reposes different names to better differentiate them from S2 and S1 figures. With only SSA and Giants, the distinction was less important, but now that it's a third game, there's a need to better label Swap Force figures over previous games.
