Ok. Here's my theory:

The cycle of mailmen, or as I like to call it; "The Mailmen Conspiracy", (Don't ask ._.) is like HDAZ said; an endless chain of mailmen. Take a city for example. Every mailman living in that city would deliver eachother's mail. In no particular order, of course. Once they get to the last mailman, some extra-hardworking mailman would then deliver the mail. Quite simple, I say.

Here's a question, are mailmen cat people? But then what about the mailmen who are allergic to dogs?
