Kewl! Yknow, Freeze Blade and alot of the other skylanders are looking better over time. I used to be meh towards freeze blade and know he seems more appealing. Same with Night Shift!

Funny that, I agree with you! At first none of the Swaplanders interested me. Now I like almost all of them! Especially Freeze Blade. He was really meh for me as well. Until I found out that's he's a cat. I'll definitely be getting Rattleshake, Fire Kracken, Hoot Loop, Free Ranger, Stink Bomb, Freeze Blade and Wash Buckler! Maybe Grilla Drilla.

I wouldn't really expect whiskers because that's going to far into detail for the toy. Also, I would hate to be a cat with my tail pressed against my body by a one piece spandex suit. And if the mask covered his nose completely it would fall off. I just think they should make up his species like they did for free ranger

Its really weird his tail is in his pants.. Cats have tails for their balance, but freeze blade is on skates, well than he's gobna need BALANCE. He should fall all the time

Windup, again his species is CONFIRMED. He's a cat. When something is confirmed it means there's no questioning about it. Admittedly a tanuki Skylander would be cool but I highly doubt it would happen.

Also like Aura says, some cat breeds lack a tail. Some colourations also give them an appearance of a 'mask'.

If he WAS a raccoon, Id name him Sly Cooper. (One of the best playstation characters EVARR!)

You could still call him Sly Cooper! Even better, to match Sly's good ol' stealthiness, give him Stink Bomb's lower half. That's probably as close as you can get to Sly Cooper. xD

And yes, I've seen some tailless cats before. My grandma had a Russian blue who ended up with no tail.

Have you ever seen a skunk without a nose? How about a skunk without ears? That just proves that the people who designed these characters think its okay to completely get rid of something that doesn't appeal to them and they still say it is that animal. At least think up a different species like they did to free ranger. Skylands is supposed to be a magical place and skunks without ears or noses isn't magical, it is sad.

Maybe Freeze Blade is a different more magical cat breed in skylands from the past (100 years ago). He is a cat deal with it.

There were no animalistic Skylanders until Swap Force. Just because they don't have noses or tails, it doesn't stop them from being referred to as a specific animal.

IMO they shouldn't take features from an animal they are BASING (base is the start people) it off of, they can put something on top (the mask is not where the nose would be so don't give me that) or they can change certain features or add in features, but they shouldn't just take it from them. I completely forgot about that *smacks forehead* I was wondering why I haven't seen any doofy characters yet. But whatever, I like the characters that they are making, and it seems like they are trying really hard to add more variety into the game, it's just......the nose

The magical cat speices died out 100 years ago then or REPRODUCTION. Besides Freeze Blade got the swap ability and was frozen and sent to Earth 100 years ago.

No, Swap Force takes place after Giants. Freeze Blade and the other Swap Force Skylanders weren't sent to Earth 100 years ago, they were sent to Earth right before the storyline of Swap Force.

The last eruption was 100 years ago.

You confused yourself, sklndr. They did not say the Swap Force Skylanders were sent to Earth 10,000 years ago. The Giants were the ones who were sent to Earth 10,000 years ago, not the Swap Force Skylanders.

The volcano eruption took place BEFORE the events of Swap Force. Again, the Swap Force weren't the ones who were sent to Earth 10,000 years ago.
