We don't know what kind of species Star Strike is, since her head is completely covered and we can only see her eyes.

according to her eyes, i am afraid i have to say yes, BUT, note that pointy ears will not fit under that , um, thing.................

To be honest... how do we know it's even a she? Everyone's saying it's a she, but is there proof to this?

Star Strike is a she. The developers showing off at E3 referred to her as a her when showing her off. I assume with that, it's safe to bet Star Strike is female. Just check out all the E3 videos through out the forums.

I declare her an elf until I discover otherwise. Even then I may deny such reveal and claim her as an elf anyway.

Anyway, all known elves have always had their ears visible to an extent. That's why I don't think Chill, Roller, or Star are elven.

It's not that we hate elves. They are just too many elf Skylanders as it is.

Star Strike is quite mysterious. I guess that's one of my many reasons why I already like her. I'm not so sure she is an elf. Perhaps someone could ask the guys from Activision or the ones who created the game to begin with.

8 Warnado (I count him as to me he looks like a dragon-turtle hybird)

Most likely because of Spyro (*SpyroandSkylandersfansitecough*) alot of people generally like dragons,
and can you blame them? I mean, DRAGONS ARE AWESOME! Er, I mean, Elves are great too but alongside all the
other humanoids there seems to be one (or five) too many :/

Also, if you count Skylanders like Warnado to be dragons, does that mean we can count say, Chill? Rollerbrawl? As an elf;

Rollerbrawl is some like vampire skater chick. Far from elf.
Chill seems possible, yet the skin-tone and eyes aren't right. I knew she wasn't when I saw her, yet see how she could be perceived to be.

I count Warnado as his head seems rather dragon like. I thought he was the air one 'til I learned it was Whirlwind.

I hadn't even thought of warnado, btw.
Anyway, if chill and roller brawl (and maybe Sprocket) are included, call them humanoids collectively.

stealth elf= wel, DUH, the word 'elf'is in the name
flameslinger= seems like another DUH, since he is green, has pointy ears...
hex=more a drow to me, but she is a DARK elf, its a special spiecies that has a conection with the undead
rider(fright not counted)= an elf , i am very sure
chill= HECK NO she is not an elf, i tellyou, chill is a special kind of humanoid spiecies, her , um, things would make it inposible to say chill is an elf
roller brawl= same as chill, BUT, if she had pointy ears, it would fit percect
ninjini=clearly an elf to me

conclusion:
star strike is another elf, her ears might be hidden onder that thing, also, somone said she was a drwo witch, mind that the drow are elves too..........hmmmmm, i can keep on telling more?

I think Starry is a mage. Maybe a homage to the Thieves in the first game? idk

Chill is pretty clearly a Valkyrie, and that might make her some kind of other humanoid rather than elf. Warnado is a turtle though, come on people. Not to mention he wasn't included in the "Year of the Dragon" promotion which rules that out anyway.

If Star Strike were an elf, then wouldn't her ears be pointy and sticking out?

It is highly doubtful that Star Strike is an elf, as the face looks more like an alien than a elf.

I suppose we will wait for her backstory to be revealed.

Which will probably be sometime in August...

In my opinion, Star Strike is an elf. She has elf eyes, she uses blades like a drow witch, and she even has a similar outfit to them. It's possible she could be a drow that decided to be good( just like Brock in Skylanders Giants).
