I say "at the end of the day.." At least once a day. People tell me it annoys them when I say it. I would get annoyed if someone I knew said that phrase all the time too, so I sort of hate myself for saying it all the time.

"Da fook!?" I use that phrase when I don't understand something.

"DUNN DUNN DUNN!!!!" I use that phrase when talking about Peter Dunne or someone is in trouble.

"HIR" I know it's not a phrase, but I say the HIR a lot. One time, I tried to set a password HIR. Only to find out it had to be four characters. (By the way, I got HIR from the user on this site. smilie)
