there should be a s3 wham shell because his s1 is so hard to find so if you want a s3 wham shell sign this petition

You mean there should be a "S2 Wham Shell" since theres only been a S1 of him. After they make a S2 Wham Shell, then you can say there should be "S3 Wham Shell".

Please note that this is merely Speculation, but considering that there are 16 Returning Fan Favorites, I think there will be 8 Series 2(4 of the Forgotten 8, and 4 of the Giants Corelanders)

If my speculation is true, than we WON'T get a S2 Wham-Shell considering we already have a S2 in water: Blizzard Chill

That .gov thing shouldn't even be legal. It's activisions company and they can do whatever the heck they want to it when coming to picking who is gonna be in the next game.

How do you know there can't be 2 S2's in one element and 2 S3's in another? Was it confirmed that each element has 1 S2 and 1 S3?

I have nothing against Wham-Shell. I think Activision will select Gill Grunt to be a S3 figure since he, Trigger Happy and Spyro are the first three Skylanders to arrive from the beginning of this game series.

A few things...
1) The figures for this game are already decided, so there is no way you'll get your way here
2) From what I've heard, the figures for the next game are already mostly done.
3) Wham-Shell, Boomer and Voodood sold like poo - there is next to no chance of seeing them reposed.
4) Being 'hard to find' is less of a factor than "do we think it will sell"

Highly rumored by forum users? I would say highly "speculated" by forum users, and to me that means pretty much nothing.
